Very nice reward system for hard workers
What do you like best about the product?
The pay off and the joy of a simple gift
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing known to dislike. This is easy to use, navigate and control.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Years of working for a company, bucketlist allows there to be shown appreciation
Excellent platform for promoting engagement and teamwork!

The platform provides a simple, but effective way to promote teamwork through positive feedback and earned rewards with immediate and delayed gratification.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is in a silo for the general user- so I need to remember to go there and do the thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Healthcare goes through so much constant flux, it is difficult to stay engaged and focused on the team before moving on to the next thing. Bucketlist provides that important pause to reflect and acknowledge our teammates.

Bucketlist has been enjoyable for my entire team. It's another more personal way to acknowledge and thank people we work with.

Some things I was looking at require a very high amount of points.

Uplifting coworkers spirits by letting them know they are seen.

The thing i like the most about the Bucketlist rewards are the gift cards it can reallly help someone out in need..

Kind of takes a long while to establish a good amount of points to get the rewards.

As I stated the gift cards are defenitly awesome and could be a big help to someone that may be struggling..

What do you like best about the product?
Bucketlist is so much fun! I love giving my coworkers "points"! I recently turned in my points for an Amazon gift card, which was awesome and so easy to do!
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish I received more points per pay period to give to others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IT's helping to encourage employees to continue to work hard in hopes of receiving points of being noticed.
It is very easy to redeem it.

I do not see any downside about Bucketlist Rewards.

It is a great tool to encourage co-workers.

What do you like best about the product?
Bucketlist Rewards is easy to use and is fun to recognize coworkers. It's also nice to receive recognition and earn points towards gift cards that I can use for my family.
What do you dislike about the product?
The gifs are sometimes difficult to sort through. I also get a little annoyed when I see one I like but am unable to go back to it if I continue on to search for others I may like better. A "back" arrow would be helpful.

It allows employees to give and receive recognition across many different departments.

What do you like best about the product?
Bucketlist rewards allows for employees to be recognized not only for years of service but by their co-workers and management for whatever appreciation they would like to show. It also has a variety of ways you can utilize the points accrued which I find awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were other opportunities to earn bucklist points such as surveys and/or activities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bucklist allows for appreciation to be sent in a way that is tangible and can benefit the employee more than just words.
