Amazing program!!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the concept of earning rewards and redeeming the cheers for peers for gift cards!!! The site allows me to show my colleagues how much I appreciate them and all that they do to assist in my job. Being able to recognize not only those within my department but within the whole company is a great advantage. The site is easy to manage, utilize and offers amazing rewards. They leader board encourages me to work harder in achieving goals and hope to receive recognition for efforts to help others with their workload. Being able to recognize those in other departments boosts morale and helps to bring a mentality of teamwork; that we are all a team working to achieve the same goal for the company and our clients across the board.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I have found yet that I dislike with the Bucketlist program. It would be nice to receive more rewards for birthday or anniversary milestones and not just the higher years. Seeing the leader board can be daunting but is also a motivator to do more; to do better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During this time with COVID-19, I love that the gift cards are sent electronically and that there are so many to choice from. I love the concept of earning rewards and redeeming the cheers for peers for gift cards!!! Additionally, I am glad to have a way to show my colleagues how much I appreciate them. It also makes me feel appreciated and good seeing what others have to say about my assistance with work. When you are having a bad day, going back and reviewing the recognition you have been given can make a bad day turn around into a good one. Easy, stress-free rewards.
What do you like best about the product?
Nice variety of reward options. Stress-free redemption.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything, but I suppose there could be even more options to redeem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminates the need for our employees to administer. And the redemption process is almost instantaneous.
Motivation for Kindness
What do you like best about the product?
It encourages people to share coins to appreciate the work that is being completed. Receiving coins from people you don't usually talk to shows that your Random Act of Kindness does not go unnoticed. Each time I receive coins, it makes me realize the amount of work I do is worth it! I really enjoy the fact that the redemption process is very quick and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I particularly dislike as the Bucketlist rewards since there is so much that they offer. They offer many gift cards such as esso gift cards, amazon gifts cards, pre-paid mastercards, american eagle etc. They don't offer just gift cards, they also offer real life experiences such as dining in at restaurants, massages, helicopter tour etc. I guess one thing I would suggest adding would be to add more experiences if possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are no problems with Bucketlist that I have came across. However, it is beneficial within the company to recognize each other's efforts and to build rapport. It brings the team closer and it allows us to start communicating with each other with a little bit more ease. It also motivates me to have a better relationship with my co-workers and to understand the process and the amount of work that they do and complete to assist each member within their own department. We are able to leave comments for the reason why we are giving the coins to our colleagues which also is shown to the main page where others are able to notice your work as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's great to build rapport with your coworkers! It also offers confidence knowing that you're doing well at work and it is being noticed.
I was completely satisfied with this process and the site, it was very straight forward.
What do you like best about the product?
It was very easy to navigate through this site. There were many selections and varieties for redeeming awarded points. There was no delay in the processing of my selection, no confusion as to the next steps. I was totally unfamiliar with this site until I received this recognition, I had no expectations, but was very pleased with the entire process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes with this site or the process, it was completely easy to log on and follow the well laid out page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to receive recognition for accomplishments that have a material impact. It is very nice to get the 'nice job' emails, but it goes to another level getting a material award. They say it is the little things that matter, and while receiving recognition through the Bucklist process is not a life-changing event, it made me feel that my hard work was worth more than just an 'atta boy' email.

I would definitely encourage others to use this service, it is a great and easy way to show appreciation for excelling in your job.

What do you like best about the product?
This is a great way to highlight those who provide value to you and your organization. It's the little things that typically don't bubble up to a performance review but add up over time. It's great to be able to both provide and receive recognition from your peers.

There is nothing I dislike about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bucketlist has overall improved our engagement levels as our members feel valued by their peers and by managers in a format that is not as rigid as performance review/appraisals.
First time user of bucketlist, very simple process to use and redeem.

How easy the redemption of dream coins was.

Nothing, everything worked as well as expected

You can donate money to charity through it so that can help with a bunch of issues. The benefit for me is fringe benefits at work and extra money in my pocket.

Great employee incentive program
What do you like best about the product?
The program is simple to use and it's fun sharing the good work that everyone does witin the organization. Redeeming the points into something that can be personalized is a great option. For example, redeem your points for a custom made sweater by the Executive Director. If you want to redeem our points for something else, the choices are almost endless. I had a great time deciding what to get.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about the program. The only thing that could be inproved is the abilty to search the gift cards by alphbet or a drop down list. To have to scroll down is time consuming. That should be a relative easy program fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I see how it can really showcase the good work that is happening within our organization and it's a great opportunity to share your appreciation for their efforts. It's a great opportunity to celebrate birthdays or work milestones also. The ability to set your own goals and share them with your coworkers is awesome and when you complete those goals, it's great to have the suport of your coworkers.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think organizations should give Bucketlist a try. Giving out the points is easy and it's a great way to give your employees something they want and is tangible and usable, not just a pat on the back. If they don't want to redeem their points for a vendor gift card, they can choose a visa cash card. The ability to offer customizible gifts is awesome. There is really something for everyone. Redeeming for a gift card is immediate and takes only moments for the transaction.
