Love how simple it is to use:
I am able to recognize my peers based on our Companies Core Values.
Adding GIFs to the recognition makes it light and fun.
The leaderboard created a bit of fun competition.
Redeeming was quick - I received my gift card on the same day.
Lots of choices for redemption, including giving to charity organizations.
Integrated with Microsoft Teams.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not many cons that I can think of.
The mobile app could use some work- every time I log on I get popups of all the GIFs from previous recognitions, but the Desktop version is great.
Small annoyance - I wish I could click the Heart directly in the recognition to see a list of who liked recognitions.

Especially with working from home- we weren't getting a lot of peer recognition. This really helped us to highlight whats going on in the entire company beyond our direct team members.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and love that it's interactive and can let coworkers know when they are being recognized. I think this will coincide well for those employees that are looking for rention incentives. It is easily accessiblwe form the homepage of intranet. When first email was sent out - I missed it so was late to the game.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I have liked everything ! No problems thus far. This is a great way for employers to recognize theor employees. I dislike that we didn't have this sooner! Better detailed communication from management to let us know exactly what the program is would have been helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's nice to give recognition and have the ability for others to see without announcing it in a meeting and perhaps singling out a coworker tha tdoesn't love attention but deserves a pat on the back. The points system is a unique alternative way to give incentive. It shows other employees that going above and beyond can earn incentives. It shows coworkers what other coworkers are currently working on/accomplishing. An increase in salray/pay is not eh only way to incentivise and is usaually not realistic so this is a great alternative.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A great way to acknowledge Employees both for work and special days like anniversaries. I belive that if management explained in better detail what the program was and reviewed directly in a meeting that would have made employees seek out the site earlier.
Bucketlist is a positive force for the Corel team members!
What do you like best about the product?
The concept is to provide positive feedback, but it also includes rewards. Once you have saved up some of these, you can turn them in for something tangible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that we must pay taxes on our prizes, but I also understand that it must be treated as income.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me to keep in contact with others I might otherwise not reach out to. I've had a number of nice comments and have been able to turn some points in fro Amazon gift cards.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try and communicate with employees about it regularly.
Great way to reward employees!
What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to use! You can reward your fellow employees and receive rewards in return. It's easy to redeem your points and the selections of what you can redeem your rewards for seems limitless. There's a lot of options of what you can purchase for your points. You can choose from gift cards from Amazon for example, or you can choose things to do such as getting a massage, kayaking, theme park tickets, or air bnb. If you reward your fellow employees with 100 points, they can buy an amazon gift card for $10. My company allots us 50 points per week to be rewarded to any employee of our choosing. This can be rewarded for doing a number of great things such as birthdays, completing assessments in a timely manner, or helping another employee. Being able to reward your fellow employees is a great way to build morale within your company and to continue to increase great behavior that you want to see in others. Every company may be different in how many points that may allow you to give per week. I think points if a good amount of points to allot each professional within your company. If your budget is smaller, then you can allot less points to each employee.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't really much that I dislike. It's very user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problem with Bucketlist. The benefits are that it is easy to use, and a great way to recognize employee contributions!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great way to reward employees for their hard work and very easy to use.
