Fast Response and Easy Redemption Process
What do you like best about the product?
The process for redemption of the bucketlist program is simple and quick. I also love how the system is setup and very user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
This program has been great. Nothing that I can think of at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefit would be that it is super user friendly and the site is easy to navigate.

You get points towards gift cards. There is a wide variety of gift cards.

I wish I could give more points to more people.

People are more willing to help out without being asked.

What do you like best about the product?
Buckletlist is very easy to use to give and receive praise and recognition.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing about Bucketlist that I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With everyone working from home, this provides an avenue to communicate with fellow employees. Also give recognition for jobs well done and even anniversaries.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use - both giving away recognition and receiving it. I love being able to turn doing something extra or going above and beyong into thank you's and something tangible, like a goft card.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't find anything that I dislike about it. I wonder if there is an app, that would be helpful. There have been some people from our workplace that claim it is too hard to use, but I am not sure what avenue they are usingh it on. It is easy for me, but apparently there are still some people having trouble. I wish this weren't the case because I know I am missing out on a lot of points, and I love the rewards!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication and giving each other praise when it is due. I used to not feel as though I was appreciated sometimes, not because I wasn't, but because there wasn't an avenue that was quick enough and easy enough to give thanks without having to call a meeting or halt another project taking up time. Now we can quickly and easily send those thank yous. I personally smile throughout the day when I receive points. It feels good and I know the whole company gets to appreciate the recognition too. I am a firm believer that good work should be rewarded. It only causes more good work to stem from it because when you feel appreciated, you strive to meet that same level of workmanship and grow even further. Since we have been using bucketlist my Team alone has been working better together. We help each other more, bot only because the extra pat on the back but the added respect I feel after being noticed for all of the things I do.

I Feel at home
What do you like best about the product?
It's so well put together. It is one of those spaces that you want to log into and see what is going on. You want to be a part of that community. It is positive and connective. The vibes are good. You want to be a part of good vibes, at least I do, so I want to stay connected in here. This software gives us a place to do that, where we can be nice to each other and give some love. That is a really good thing in this day and age. We need more of that.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the gift cards had odd numbers, like I can get an 8 dollar gift card from Nike but I get it, lol. Really, there is nothing I want to complain about. I use the program as a second home when I want to get a slice of positivity. I try and dip in and read some of the reviews just to read other people talking well about other people. It's amazing that still happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are given a way to say thanks to one another digitally which is an easy way to do it. Its not easy to do it face to face for some, especially in the age of at home work, especially with naturally shy people, they are going to really have a hard time with video and what not so saying thanks this way is an outlet, I think, for one. It is also just another way for someone to say something good about someone in front of other people so it is known that there are some good things going on. That is important as well.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the multiple choices of options to select from.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found a dislike as of yet. The platform so far has worked well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The bucketlist solves the issue or rewarding employees with things that actually motivate them as opposed to uneducated guesses on what will move them to the next level of performance.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
So far I haven't seen any downsides. They could possibly have a mobile app, but otherwise it has worked well so far.
