This has fostered a great team atmosphere. We're able to give behind-the-scenes employees recognition for all of their hard work.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can read about the good things going on in other departments and read about who is doing good things for others. I like that it is easy to use. I also like that we get rewarded by our peers.

I wish I had more points to distribute to others. Complimenting others is fun!

I am realizing how much good is going on in this hospital. In a world where we focus on the bad, it is good to highlight the good.

I cannot think of anything, It really depends on how well you get the tool customized to meet your companies needs. Also I am just a user and do not administrate the tool. So, hard to say.

No complaints about the app it is easy to use and has several options and features to choose from that are helpful

The benefits are that it is easy to use and access. We use it at my company for rewards and nominations between the staff and it is helpful to communicate with staff in other regions or states

the personalized recognition of specific team members (and the ability to use gifs)

the mobile app could use work - it kicked me out and was slow

It helps with promoting team building and lending a hand to other departments. Encouraging team members to give to each other as well.

Make sure the mentions/shoutouts are SPECIFIC and not just a points dump. The deed should be described and how it affected the team

Employee recognization and appreciation is key for team success. Bucklist had good features to do the same

There is nothing as such dislike but having FAQ/Help section will have added value for ease of use

It is very simple and user friendly to either give kudos to colleagues or redeem rewards. Very convenient.

Nothing, other than the emoji's looking pixelated there is no downside to this program

This is a fantastic way to say thank you to colleagues who support you when work gets stressful. In today's World there are times I must work from home and I need a hand on site.

Offers staff a way to show or acknowledge others and stay engaged.

I like how easy the system is to use and the many different redeemable options that are given.

I dislike that it's easy to get lost in the scrolling and I could get caught up spending too much time on the site.

Bucketlist is teaching us to work more cohesive and it's nice to get see all the positivity.
