Recommendations to others considering the product:
Agility in the redeem process, they spent a lot of time responding my request. I don't know if depends on the company or in buckelist app.
It a greater value for the culture of the company and make a very good team building for us.
It's a very good point to include funny images and gifs in the comments, we love this idea.

A bad point is the style of the web site, it looks a little old, I do prefer a modern one.

Bucket-list is an easy and rewarding incentive to reaching your goals.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about bucketlist is that the rewards are easy to achieve and gradifying when redeemed. I also enjoy that I can give points to my peers, write a unique note to them and watch their face light up when they see they are that much closer to their bucketlist goal. I also like that you can tell bucketlist really cares about its users. The customer Service is so quick and the customer service representatives are so kind and hard working. It's good to reach out to a company with a question or concern and get an almost instant reply that is helpful and respectful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I dislike about Bucketlist is nothing! I love Bucketlist! It's so refreshing to see a company like Bucketlist create such a user friendly and rewarding system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The probelms I am solving with bucketlist is team building! Giving your teammate points on bucketlist brings us closer together! The benefits I have realized is that we bond over the experiences we can redeem, the funny memes we share when we give out points and the personalized notes we can leave with the points.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Utilize this amazing tool! Do it! Its such an easy to use reward system that your employees and peers will love! Getting to reward or earn points is such a satisfying feeling. Logging into bucketlist and seeing that my coworkers or my boss has giving me X amount of points for doing good at my job is so fulfilling.
When coupled with an intentional program, can work wonders!
What do you like best about the product?
Visibility of recognition, the premise of using rewards for personal goals or achievements
What do you dislike about the product?
Interface and user identities/permissions can be clunky, gift card options are extensive, but limited. Limited back-end support or fulfillment services for non-standard marketplace items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
P2P Recognition, Values-driven awards, visibility into the day-to-day while remote.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This platform is probably best used when coupled with values-based rewards and recognition program at an organization. Without having a stable core of values to refer to, the implementation can be less sticky.
Thank you Bucketlist for giving our cry for recognition a voice and our culture a visible identity!
What do you like best about the product?
Bucketlist was the most customizable to reward based on our corporate culture and offered a hands on approach to get our company excited for launch. Bucketlist also had a success guarantee.
What do you dislike about the product?
The things we disliked were the look of the website but it was fully customizable and we were able to add our brand. We also didnt want balances of rewards to show but rather the amount of recognitions given and received better suited our values.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a panel of colleagues who would agree that adding the bucketlist reward system to our culture has filled the void of Recognition for achievements that may have otherwise gone unnoticed. We have extraordinary people going above and beyond everyday. Thanks to bucketlist we now have a voice where we can cheer together when our peers are rewarded for their part in our success. From the launch to Administrative support Bucketlist has be a great corporate tool. We are even able to regularly incorporate the positive experiences in our Town Halls and company newsletters.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We vetted many other platforms and none were as willing to be so involved in every aspect from the launch to implementation as bucketlist. Also customization was important and we were able to use corporate branding and customized reward structure,
The best rewards system every company should have!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that this can be used to help encourage and motivate your coworkers by being rewarded for a job well done or going above and beyond to help out a colleague. On top of the kudos given you basically get free stuff out of it! The rewards are all so amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I like the least would be sometimes I have difficulty redeeming my rewards but that is a fault on my company's end and not the software. Our account just runs low on funds and needs to be replenished but after it's brought to our HR's attention, the problem is quickly fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many benefits of bucketlist is just having motivation to make sure you tasks are completed on time and going above and beyond in the workplace to earn points that you can spend on Bucketlist.
Wonderful Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The system was very intuitive and easy to use. There were a large number of experiences and gift cards to choose from as rewards. Everything was well organized and easy to find. The selection of prizes cover an amazing array of options; there is something for everyone. Plus, you can use your rewards immediately or save for more significant prizes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the gift card amounts were customizable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great way to incentivize and reward employees for doing a good job.
Building Rapport in the work environment.
What do you like best about the product?
When it comes to the workplace, we may feel that tasks or projects we complete go unnoticed. Thanks to Bucketlist, we can give our coworkers recognition of a job well done. My favorite thing to do is to give out points to coworkers. Bucketlist builds rapport and creates an environment where you feel valued as an employee. I redeemed points for an extra hour of lunch, which allowed me to attend my son's graduation!
What do you dislike about the product?
When I receive points, I want to give that post a heart to let my coworker know I appreciate them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If there is a problem with motivation at work, Bucketlist will help solve that issue. Imagine being able to give out points each week to coworkers, and on top of a paycheck, they can take a flightseeing tour through Denali National Park! That is an experience worth saving points to redeem. Having motivation comes easy when you are excited to give out points and help your coworkers realize what they want to experience through Bucketlist.
Great tool to recognize someone within your team and add points to show your gratitude
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and assigning points. Also, the ability to add gif's and photos adds a very fun element to the recognition.
What do you dislike about the product?
if multiple people give points on a single recognition, it becomes confusing to see how many points were given by whom. I wish there was more clarity so that we can see how many points a person has added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The recognition is company-wide and can be seen by everyone. People take pride when they are recognized
Great experience
What do you like best about the product?
Quick and easy way to recognize colleagues for big or small wins
What do you dislike about the product?
Better notification settings (notified when someone comments on a recognition you made). Be able to tag managers when recognize their employees
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes sure that we are keeping teams motivated with their day to day successes
