What do you like best about the product?
Outstanding Customer Service. If I need help, my person, Marlisa, is always available and very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say there is anything. If I surface a concern, there is always a fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems- our company was an early adopter so we worked through some bumps at the beginning.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Yes, I highly recommend the Bucketlist. They have an outstanding customer service practice.
Very professional application for Reward and Recognition
What do you like best about the product?
User-friendliness of application. Smooth process of points redemption. Good option available in gift cards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not find a user guide video on how to set up regions and time zone because gift card options are based on this input.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Peer to Peer Reward and Recognition in Organization. The application is well organized. It gives notification from time to time. Easy to manage RnR program.

There isn't anything that I dislike about the rewards program

There are no problems, benefits include being able to reward a coworker and say thank you. Being recognized can make a difference.

It is a great way of showing employees that they are appreciated and that the hard work that they do does not go unnoticed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now I really don't have anything that I dislike other than some incentives or rewards can take years to qualify for.

Currently, it is to premature for me to answer this question.

Bucketlist has been a very useful tool because it is a way of recognizing and rewarding the team's work in a simple and direct way and obtaining some reward for it

Web design and user experience could be improved

That the work team can visualize the effort of others
Fun Program for Our Company
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of using this system has been great. The agents in our office all use the program to recognize each other and it helps to build a great culture within the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels like the system does not recognize login information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to keep the agents engaged with contests and realize that the system brings a sense of competition to the team of agents.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The Bucketlist platform is a great way to build morale with team members and staff. Our agents have turned in their points for all kinds of rewards, ranging from gift cards to beach trips to company swag. Great way to encourage competition.

Easy to order. User friendly! Easy to navaigate.

I think everything was great. No concerns. Very easy to understand and naviagate through.

None. I sorta went with the flow and did not search for problems. Life is too short for that.

Using a tool to be thankful is always good but if it also helps to motivate the team it even better.

Not having started using it before. I started using it late.

I dont like that the points expire in one week if not given away. Should roll over for two weeks.
