Very easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
I liked how easy it was to use. Every step was easy to understand.

I can't think of anything I disliked about using Bucketlist.

Bucketlist is making it easy to receive rewards from my employer.

How easy is to recognize peers and everyone in the company and the GIFs and or images to show exactly how we feel about these peers

The bucket list page look very plain and not fun but I love the bottom line and what this is for

It is a fun platform to recognize and give Kudos to colleagues that made your day!

The ability to add gifs and emojis is fun.

The overall look needs improvement, too gray for my liking

Points expire, so make sure to use each designated month

Bucklist makes it easy to send recognitions of varying levels to employees

Not as evident how to send recognition at lower levels, that do not require manager approval (although this may be an issue with our company's implementation/integration)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides an easy way to send varying levels of recognition. Our former platform only had the ability to provide higher level recognitions that needed to be manager approved or even committee approved. Using bucklist you can send recognitions to fellow employees for more of the everyday items that people do to make things better. It is also great that the Bucketlist points can be redeemed by the employee for experiences or gift cards, of their choosing, and there is quite of large selection to choose from.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great way to allow employees to be recognized for the little things, in addition to the bigger contributions they may have. Helps with employee motivation and satisfaction.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the point system and being able to redeem points at any time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no dislikes except having a $50 maximum redeemable limit for each gift card.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bucketlist has become a great motivator at our company when work and life can be stressful and busy that recognition sometimes goes on the back burner. But when the points expire every month, it is a reminder for you to remember all the good things that your co-workers have done and recognize accordingly.

It's super easy to view and redeem the points on the bucket-list site.
I've never used the site before, and when I used it for the first time, I didn't need any special instructions to understand what the site is about and how things work. It was all self-explanatory. The best part of the site is enhancing the appreciation experience by adding pre-defined company values.
There are options to include funny gifs and pictures, which makes appreciating your peer feel extra special!

What do you dislike about the product?
I've not faced many issues until now, and when I had one, the customer support was rapid in solving the problem.
Usually, I redeem my point for Amazon gift cards; however, one day, the option was no there anymore, so I sent a mail to the customer service manager, and they reinitiated the option within few mins.
I was so happy to see a quick turnaround and how they dealt with the problem so efficiently and professionally!

It's a one-stop solution for the employee appreciation portal, and it helps us appreciate our peers.
We can redeem the points for a multitude of gift cards and some incredible experiences!
The experience options keep improving over time as they have recently added "Victoria to Vancouver Seaplane Flight for two," which I think is super cool!

Its super easy to use site to appreciate and reward your co workers and peers for a job well done. They got a huge collection of gift certificate option and experiences!
Its wonderful experience to complement and/or see years of experience!

No problems noted at this time. Benefits of different amounts staff can share and give out to others.

The way we are consistently applying a positive company culture!

I can't really think of anything. It was all good.

We weren't using it to solve problems, but just to create a habit of being appreciative of our coworkers. The benefit is that we can put value where our mouth is and tangibly prove our appreciation.

It is so user friendly. The ease of use is what will keep me coming back.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if you could buy the merchandise with cash as well. Wish lists also would be helpful if you allowed coworkers to use their "dough" to buy merchandise for coworkers.

It is boosting company moral.
