Bucketlist rewards enhanced remote culture
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is it helps our now remote company stay more connected and bring a personal touch to remote work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did have to leave the slack channel, it just got to be a bit too much. But that's a personal thing, many people really like it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employee recognition, peer recognition and creating more opportunites for our employees

Great tool for employee recognition and super easy for employees to use.
Very easy to use and there are so many options.
What do you like best about the product?
So many options- you get what you want. Something for everyone, and the rewards are worth it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes with the gift card amounts, they are too specific, and you cant use your awarded amount easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My co-workers can easily show their appreciation for each other without worrying about their finances and the person being rewarded gets something useful. Bucketlist is helping build a positive workspace.

The limited local options to use points on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an employee utilizing the benefit of bucketlist, I appreciate my employer acknowledging me as an employee.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how navigation is very easy through Bucketlist. I also like the numerous options that have available.
What do you dislike about the product?
NA - I do not have any dislikes @ this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not have any business problems that need to be solved through Buckelist. I have realized the benefits of being able to recognize others for their excellence and the interactions with the WN community that are available.

Great incentive program!
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the concept of being grateful for the little details on a regular basis. As opposed to waiting for an annual review to remind an employee they've been helpful and kind, we can celebrate them every step of the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike. Except I run out of points to give.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We keep the "new to the job" vibe long-term. We have employees here for almost a year, still as excited as when they first signed on. Still meeting their work goals.
Excellent Rewards Program
What do you like best about the product?
I like the variety of rewards on Bucketlist. I was able to go in and decide if I wanted a gift card or if I wanted the experience rewards and it was hard because there was so much to chose from.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. I think the UI needs a bit of a revamp; make it more eye-catching and appealing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of showing and rewarding colleagues when they exceed expectations.
Awesome and easy to use platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can choose gift cards, experiences, or company-themed merchandise. The site is user friendly and well organized, and once you've selected your merchandise, it is simple to redeem your points. Recently, I redeemed points for an Amazon gift card; the gift card was in my inbox within minutes!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more options for travel gift cards, like with additional airline companies. Also, that the experiences were available in more locations around the country.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not experienced any problems with Bucketlist. The benefits are the various options available, as well as the speed and ease of redeeming the rewards.

Best rewards system I've come across! A wide variety of rewards available on an easy to use platform.

Getting recognition has been extraordinary, and the prizes are great

Bucketlist is easy to use and see how my peers are helping each other
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to be able to create recognition on others' behalf. Many assistants used to do it on our previous program and some Directors and VPs don't take the time to do it themselves as they were used to have their assistants doing it on their behalf.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moving to a distributed work after the start of COVID made our previous rewards program almost impossible to manage by distance, more costly and not timely. With Bucketlist all employees can recognize and be recognized live and have various rewards to choose from.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend Bucketlist. The platform is easy to use for both admins and end-users. Marlisa is our account manager, and she has guided us every step of the way, she is very knowledgeable, accessible, quick in responding. I could not have asked for better support. The engagement on our R&R program increased exponentially after the implementation of Bucketlist and has kept high ever since.

I wish it had more events in our area rather than different parts of Canada

Encouraging others and rewarding points can be an excellent way to boost people and encourage them to keep putting their best foot forward
