What do you like best about the product?
Ease of redemption and use of Gift Cards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Set amount of points able to use for each gift card. Wish the amount could be variable instead of fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company uses Bucketlist to reward employees. I am an employee that has been given Bucketlist points. I have redeemed points for various Gift Cards for my own use and to give as gifts to others.
Easy to use & fun to claim
What do you like best about the product?
I love that recognizing is so easy! You can add your companies values and personalize each recognition. You can claim your rewards pretty fast and you have a bunch of options.
There's also a Slack integration which makes it super easy to use

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing in particular. Maybe the fact that you can't modify a recognition after posting it (typos happen to the best of us)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great for recognition when working remotely + the rewards add motivation to the team
Bucketlist has been great. Recognition is appreciated and rewards are easy to redeem.

Weekly recognition for the things you do for people. It's a great motivator.

We have suggested having more time to reward people with coins.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A little appreciation goes a long way. Due to COVID, face to face interaction has been limited, so this is a nice way to let people know you are noticing their efforts.

The variety of rewards offered, both in gift cards and local attractions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The minimum comment of 30 characters is a bit annoying if all you want to do is recognize a milestone such as "Happy work anniversary"

We are recognizing each other more often, which results in happier employees who feel valued.

I like that there are so many options to pick from and you are not just limited to one selection.

There isn't anything that I dislike about it.

The gift cards get delivered pretty quickly. It's very easy to navigate through also.

Great Tool for Employee Morale and Engagement
What do you like best about the product?
I love reading the recognitions that I receive from coworkers! Besides the financial compensation that the points award, it helps build team morale!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything about the Buckelist system that I dislike. I find it thoughtful and a great extra resource for our company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think that the constant recognition of company values from all of the employees around increases clinic morale. Sometimes I don't feel the appreciation in the day-to-day, but it always happens to be on those days that I open my inbox, and there is a recognition of some sort to remind me I'm appreciated.

Requires too many points to redeem rewards

I don't spend as much money on things I need to buy oneline

Gift cards for actual stores I use frequently

The variety of stores you offer gift cards for. Sending me a monthly reminder to send my alloted points to my peers.

I can't say I have a downside to the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits is giving points to collegues. Sending them during the pandemic can really put a smile on someones face that you would normally just thank them in person in the office.
