Great Incentive Program
What do you like best about the product?
This service is an excellent way for employers to recognize and reward their team members for various accomplishments and milestones. I genuinely was shocked when I got 50 dream coins on the third day of my new job because it was my birthday. It makes me feel valued as an employee.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a bit confusing recognizing others
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have never felt more appreciated at a job before, so this is awesome. I think others in my office would agree on the benefits. It would be great if other companies adopted this service to make their employees feel appreciated.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Lots of choices and various dollar amounts for gift card redemption.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like a search feature on the site. Would like a feature at the bottom of the gift card page with letter from the alphabet for choices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employees like to use the like feature for each review. Join teams and reward each other for work well done.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try the product your teams will enjoy rewarding the people they work with.
Great tool for engagement
What do you like best about the product?
I love the variety of options available for rewards.
What do you dislike about the product?
The love button isn't very interactive. Meaning very often when I am trying to react id does not accept that and stays grey'd out rather than "loved". I think it would be great if you could also reply with a gif, just as you do when you post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engagement among departments and employees has improved. This is a great way to remind employees how valued they are on a continued basis.
It’s nice way to incentivize kind words between coworkers
What do you like best about the product?
It's nice receiving points to use for perks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sadly it takes a long time to accumulate points, especially based on how many point are distributed to give.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It pushes people to work a little bit harder; meanwhile, people acknowledge the hard work of others.
Great concept so far and I enjoy it so far!
What do you like best about the product?
I think there are a variety of different rewards that I can choose from. There are a lot of stores I like and it has helped me after moving to purchase a lot of things I've been wanting to buy on Amazon.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some giftcards, like the Starbucks one, doesn't have a variety of amounts to choose from (e.g. it goes from 5 points 10 points to 50 points redeem). I'm a bit knit picky here, but maybe add more variety point options rather than me going in and doing 2 10 points and one 5 point redeem. Also may be a little more variety for apparal is a preference of mine. Also different events would be nice. I don't see much variety with some events I like (e.g. more cooking classes, maybe fitness classes instead).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No real problems really. I am able to purchase things on Amazon I have not yet been able to purchase but have had on my wishlist for a while.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
No other advice at this time. Note for my account - for my work bucketlist account I go by Grey Herman not my real first name. Thanks! :)

Great Rewards System for Internal Employees
What do you like best about the product?
i really like being able to provide recognition to anyone at any time, regardless of the size of the task, also being able to show why you were providing the reward was fun!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think you should be able to break down the gift card rewards into a custom amount, example amazon only allows for $5, $25, and $50 but If I had 400 points I would like to be able to get a $40 reward without selecting multiple options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Internal Employee Recognition and Culture building
Recommendations to others considering the product:
allow custom $$ value for redemption on gift cards
