The choices for redeeming the outstanding service of receiving them in a timely manner.

My first reward took longer than expected.

The gift cards have come in handy for extra money.

I like that you can redeem the bills for several different stores or giftcards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish people distributed the bills more fairly. It feels like the same higher up employees always get the benefits and more bills than anyone else, even if I'm doing admirable work or work ethic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that it's an opportunity to earn extra money. I have realized there are many benefits like making extra money for the holidays.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would reccomend using bucketlist for a incentive to employees but make it more fair and distributed.

The stars expire at least for us and that is a loss

I like that you can communicate with coworkers & managers alike to express gratitude for the help and support we provide each other every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning, I was a little confused about how the program actually worked, but I wouldn't say I "disliked" it.

Being able to achieve goals and communicate with others

It's a great tool to keep members of your professional community involved & in contact with one another

Easy way to recognize my coworkers for going over and above their normal tasks!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of my coworkers have Spanish as their primary language and a video or quick use tool in Spanish would be useful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The AMEX number is not the easiest to use! I have 5-6 cards with $5-$10 unused dollars on them.

The amazon gift cards are great and the gift codes are sent immediately.

The fact that the amount of points required are weirdly calculated. Receiving and spending points should be in 100 points intervals

Buying stuff I need on amazon without my own money is great

My favorite thing about Bucketlist is that it is easy to use. It is a wonderful tool to recognize your co-workers. The gift card redemption feature is also simple and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike. It is just a simple, nice tool that every company should have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are bolstering our comradery with Bucketlist, which is vital in the virtual workforce. Because of Bucketlist, I get to thank people for their recognition and they thank me for mine. This is another nice touch that we all get to share as a virtual community.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would say that there is nothing to lose. Bucketlist is an excellent platform for peer recognition. Everyone should have at least something to address this peer recognition need. Bucketlist not only satisfies this need but raises the expectation. I have used other peer recognition tools at other companies and this one is the best one that I have ever used.

I enjoy the Slack integration and ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pages could have more animations, making it more fun.

The ability for employees to recognize each other is a great way to celebrate achievements.
