I love being able to send a thank you to my colleagues that go above and beyond to help us.
What do you like best about the product?
Its always nice to see birthdays and anniversaries of my co-workers, it also makes you feel really good when you are recognized for doing something good for another person

I truly love this application. I've never had a problem
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am letting people know that they are appreciated and visa versa
A great way to recognize your peers and see what others in our hospital have been recognized for

I love to see my peers being recognized for the amazing work they continue to do every day through this pandemic
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not think we should get points for liking someone else's post. If you do not make an effort to recognize someone, you should not receive points.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe the staff has loved seeing the posts.

What do you like best about the product?
When using Bucketlist to recognize my colleagues, the ability to explain why.
What do you dislike about the product?
Animated gifs are nice but sometimes display too large on the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of not having an easy to use platform for recognizing other employees. In my previous job it was just over email or Teams, which I felt weren't as effective because of the likelyhood of messages being missed or ignored. Bucketlist has solved that problem with an attention grabbing, easy to use method and one that also notifies recipient's managers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take it from someone who uses it, it's a great, easy to use platform for team building and having an inclusive work environment by making it easy to recognize colleagues who deserve it and also to be recognized by others. It's also a great way to encourage and inspire other employees.

Receiving Bucketlist points feels like receiving a bonus!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything for Bucketlist to improve on. Points are easy to redeem and have a wide variety of options!!

Recognition between employees helps show appreciation for one another and makes employees feel valued.
Fun, engaging, easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate. More responsive than before when searching for a coworker's listing. Selected rewards seem to process and arrive faster than they used to. Menus aren't as slow as before.
What do you dislike about the product?
The steps to selecting how many points each person receives on an award for more than one teammate are a little clunky, but they get the job done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While I wasn't totally sold on the idea of a recognition system for coworkers, I have to say I've enjoyed using it and it does add to a sense of team cohesion overall
Bucketlist is a wonderful platform for corporate rewards and recognition!

I like that when you receive a reward, you have the freedom to choose from a long list of redemption options.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't love is that you don't receive a physical gift card.

The organization I work for has been using Bucketlist as a place to share rewards and recognition for employees. Bucketlist provides a central location and a friendly environment for our employees to experience.

Ease of usage and ability to give kudos to staff for rewards.

Nothing so far. I think that the platform is fine for its current objective.

The UI is not that modern and can be a bit more aesthetically pleasing

Employee recognition, employees feel appreciated giving them a boost of motivation
Bucketlist has made employee engagement fun for all employees
What do you like best about the product?
Bucketlist is easy to use. It is user-friendly and can be used on your computer and/or mobile device. The Bucketlist app for your cell phone has the same look and functionality as their website, which made the entire experience fantastic. I also love the custom "Bucket List" excursions tailored for your specific location and employee interests. The automation in the system is also a welcomed feature. The Bucketlist team also worked with our Company to ensure a great user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not anything that I dislike. I wish they offered a Company product/apparel store within the platform. Bucketlist was able to help us with a workaround using a gift voucher for our Company Store we created with another vendor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bucketlist helped us with achieving employee engagement across all locations and remote workers. Before this, our employee engagement was token-based and was difficult to manage for our remote location and workers. This allows all employees to engage and interact with one another.
AWESOME RECOGNITION PROGRAM
What do you like best about the product?
I love to team build and encourage our co-workers and let them know they are doing an excellent job. I love I can use either an app or email to access it. This is the first time I have ever had a company offer this, and I appreciate and love them for this. Thanks to bucket list for providing the service.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were no dislikes. The product had emojis, recognition options, so this was awesome. The product is not broken, so do not fix it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One problem is it allows employees to know they are doing a great job and who they are saying they are. The benefit is encouragement and positive employees.
