Great for team building and motivation
What do you like best about the product?
The app is very user friendly. The rewards are great. I love being able to recognize a colleague for being helpful. Great Motivator for teams too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app will kick me out and not recognize my password. I end up using the website. Having a suggestion page for new rewards would be great too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helps create a positive atmosphere for the team. Helping others feel valued increases their work ethic.

This is a great tool for keeping a positive atmosphere and motivating team players. It allows recognition and helping team members feel valued. The gift cards are great too! Huge selection.
A simple and easy solution for sending gift cards to colleagues
What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of this application. We use it for sending thank you gift cards to team projects or for work anniversaries and it is just so straightforward and allows for employees to decide what kind of gift card they want.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only time I have ever run into an issue was with a recent company lunch gift card sent to all employees but it was quickly resolved by the Bucketlist customer support team. It was giving an error that it couldn't be processed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit has been that it is such a time saver and can be integrated into your company portal for SSO. Given there are so many phishing emails for gift cards, having an internal portal option for sending gift cards ensures that our employees know where to safely navigate to receive awards and gifts. The option to choose where you want your gift card is really handy as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want an easy one stop shop option for your employees to get gift card awards and recognition, look no further! This product does it and does it well!

What do you like best about the product?
Its important to have tool to recognize your coworkers, and Bucketlist has a excellent platform for that.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. This is an excellent tool. It would be great to have more merchants available, but I know bucket list is working on that.

Recognizing employees. Having a platform to make the recognition available to the entire organization.

Some of the increments for the gifts are arbitrary but there is a great number of options overall

This is a great platform and is very easy to use. Very easy to give feedback and claim rewards.
Really happy with Bucketlist, it encourages people to help and support each other.

I like the manager spot bonuses. People thrive on getting appreciation from their immediate managers.

Customers should be able to give shoutouts to the employees directly. right now, there is no option for the customer to share their feedback directly to the bucketlist.

Bucketlist gives more visibility to the top management regarding the individual efforts. We use bucketlist to define a process around appreciation and encouraging employees for their hard work and support.

Great Bucketlist Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The Amazon links Bucketlist provided in their interface made It quick and simple to redeem the rewards points I received from my employer.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the process to redeem the points was easy, I wish the denominations of the Amazon gift card were larger, i.e. perhaps add $100 denomination cards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a simple, easy way to reward & motivate employees across the organization.

Easy to redeem. A lot of redemption options, including events and gift cards.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to track nomination, awards, etc unless I log into Bucketlist. I had missed other people's recognition and chance to say thank you. It would be nice to get email notifications when there is an event or transaction on the Bucketlist account.

Encourage event participation. Encourage showing recognition and appreciation of team members and their work.
