Bucketlist Rocks!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to use my bucketlist rewards toward different personal goals! Bucketlist is easy to use and provides many options when cashing out on my reward money. I love being able to look at the items I've purchased via Bucketlist and know that my company provided those items and experiences!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, Bucketlist is a great way for companies to give extra incentive for employees that they can use towards goals!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the biggest benefit is that our company doesn't have to use a "one size fits all" approach to employee recognition. Each employee can use their rewards in a personalized way that suits their interests and personal goals!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For others considering using Bucketlist, I highly recommend activating the feature that allows backloading rewards to employees' paychecks! Turning rewards into cash has expanded the number of things employees can use their rewards towards. For example, I purchased 4 new tires using my Bucketlist rewards last year. It was such a huge help and I was so grateful my company had that option to help offset an everyday expense.
The platform is intuitive and useful. It´s also nice to have the option to recognize privately.
What do you like best about the product?
How is easy is to choose the company values you are recognizing and the automatic points count.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with slack, although some find it useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that we can redeem points with donations.

I found it very simple and satisfying to reward my coworkers for assisting me and being rewarded for tasks I complete for them.

Sometimes, pictures added to the text of a reward post are not visible on my end.

Bucketlist gives you an impactful way to recognize other employees for going out of their way to help others or going above and beyond on their projects.

Able to recognize peers in a meaninful way

you can only cash out in increments of $50. it would be nice to be able to cash out in higher increments ($100, $250, $500, etc).

recognizing employees company wide and incentivizing employees to go above and beyond
An amazing system for employee recognition!
What do you like best about the product?
The system is customizable for your company! I love that I can purchase a gift card but also can redeem my bucks for company swag or premium excursions in my area!

I have nothing bad to say about Bucketlist. They have improved the gift card area over the last year. I would love to see additional stores and venues added in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since implementing Bucketlist, I have seen an uptick with collaboration between departments. It's refreshing to see managers award and acknowledge other staff.

I think its awesome that I was able to purchase Nike shoes for myself from my bucket list points.

There were a lot of choices in many categories. I chose the pre paid visa which worked for me.

It was easy for a computer novice to find and use the system. Thank you!

There were not many option items for my area.

No problems need solving at this time are related to Bucketlist. I got my points easily redeemed.
I have very experience of using Bucket list, it is so user friendly and Transparent.

I juggle through different interfaces so effortlessly. it is so easy to use. I like the redeeming feature of the tool most. I have not used similar kind of tools in other companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all. I like all the features and interfaces and it is so easy and transparent to user. Add more interfaces and add another interface to it for the execurive or the managers who will like to award a sub- ordinate more than allowed 50 points.

No Problem at all. Its all very beneficial.
