What do you like best about the product?
Bucketlist makes it easy and efficient to say thank you to your colleagues. Bonus that everyone who receives a thank you gets to use it for swag!
I've never used a different service, so I can't compare, but it's so convenient.

Nothing. The system is easy and fun to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This service helps us all feel more cooperative and collaborative. I truly appreciate the thank yous from my coworkers and using them for swag is amazing. There are some super cool things to get!

What do you like best about the product?
Rewarding my colleagues is one of the best additions to my work enviornment in years. It is so easy to do and makes the morale so much stronger in the office. Being able to send bucks to employees who work hard and deserve them is a fantastic reward in itself for me as a sender.
What do you dislike about the product?
While its not exactly a "dislike", it would be nice to customize the amount that we can send to the employees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to give recognition to employees across the company and in different departments is very important. Sometimes some employees unfortunately dont get that recognition they deserve and bucketlist has absolutely solved that problem.

What do you like best about the product?
Posting and receiving posts helps to add a bit of positivity to my day. I love being able to send gif's to my co-workers, that helps add personality to the post.
What do you dislike about the product?
There needs to be more variety of gif's to post. The supply seems very limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not experienced any problems.
Fun and way to collaborate, and show gratitude to others!
What do you like best about the product?
The clinic I work for has sites all over the US and this is a fun and enthusiastic way to show appreciation to one another!

One thing that i think could be a bit better is the amount of points to give to others.

We can now communicate with all of our sites across the US, bucket list has really made us feel like one whole team!

I love that this encourages positive reinforcement on the job. It is very easy to use. It also offers many options when redeeming points.

The only thing I would add to Bucketlist is a way to see what you have previously redeemed points for.

I feel like our staff members feel more appreciated which creates morale.

Intuitive Employee Rewards tool
What do you like best about the product?
No training is required to use this software. It's all intuitive. Can recognize colleagues, send and receive points, and redeem the points for rewards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing for our use case so far. Meets all of our functional needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bucketlist allows us to recognize employees for going above and beyond and reward them with tangible benefits for doing so. Serves as a great incentive program.

Great way to encourage teammates to recognize each other's contributions and incentivize them to do great work.

The program allows for your peers to communicate positive feedback publicly and privately. Reassuring you that you are being noticed and your work performance matters collectively and individually.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the limited amount of coins that can be disbursed. I would like to share more in a month, 139 is a very limited amount, I have many great co-workers and would like them to know it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would like to say perhaps I have found a resource to allow me to uplift my co-workers, in the past, I just assumed they knew how much I appreciate them. I realized now how important reassurance, a compliment or just nice kind words can go a long way.

I would recommend that they continue to add great vendors to your pick list.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to navigate and give out rewards. The animated GIFs are fun to include in recognitions as well. I like how quickly gift card rewards are given out, it is quite useful for last-minute decisions to go shopping or out to dinner.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a tracking mechanism to be able to see all of the bucks you receive and spend. I am not sure if this is a feature or not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to provide public (within the company) and immediate recognition of other employees. It has been a great way to increase the visibility of all departments in the organization.

If you are looking for a fun and easy way to allow employees to interact and recognize each other's efforts, Bucketlist is a great tool to have.
