It's a great tool for the employees to communicate with their organization

I would advise other organizations to try using a bucket list
Some things are great, others not so great.
What do you like best about the product?
Receiving points to give to kudos to well deserving coworkers.
What do you dislike about the product?
That gift cards are ecards instead of physical cards. I like to give as gifts but need to get that persons email in order for them to receive it. Not much of a surprise.

It is a fun way to recognize fellow co-workers, earn points to use for gift cards, donations, activities or even an earned day off.

What do you like best about the product?
Our facility has been able to use Bucketlist as a great tool for employee recognition and retention reward.
What do you dislike about the product?
From a leadership standpoint, I would like to see a report that would list my top Bucketlist employees. This departmental report will help recognize an outstanding employee.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The use of Bucketlist has helped my department in recognition and retention satisfaction scores.

What do you like best about the product?
Allowing co-workers and teammates to express gratitude for others or just show general appreciation for others on the team. It can bring morale up and keep the team engaged and incentivized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little to dislike, but maybe some tweaks to the UX and interface for viewability. But nothing there that is "broken" by any means. I do wish (and maybe I don't have visibility into this feature) I could group some folks into teams.

I love that peers can highlight and acknowledge one another. I also like that encourages people to share successes within the organization. It helps create a solid working bond with other departments and heighten morale overall in the workplace. It's simple to use, has fun features, and is equally as fun being the recipient of awards. If you want to build up morale and ensure your employees feel appreciated then Bucketlist is a must have for your business or organization. Now more then ever we need to boost morale in the workplace and this tool does just that
Bucketlist- A great peer to peer recognition platform.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that using this platform enables coworkers to acknowledge both the big and small achievements their co-workers make.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish all of the comments made on the Microsoft Teams channel would show up on the Bucketlist home page, and vice versa.

I think it has created a stronger feeling of camaraderie among employees.

Friendly platform that can integrate with other systems: Outlook, ADP & One Login

If we could have more varieties of rewards to redeem or do charity

one time the system was down and our employees lose all their points to give. I learned how-to manual add points back to their accounts.

It's a great and fun recognition program for every company to have , which promotes a better workplace, appreciation and people focus

Acknowledgment of our co-workers and creating an atmosphere of gratitude in our work day.

Nothing! Rewards can be used for anything from merchandise to a day off, which is genius!

I'm not sure it's problem solving, but it helps me connect with my co-workers in a creative way. This is more important to me as a remote employee.

I encourage any industry to try Bucketlist, as it creates a fun way for employees to share and appreciate each other.
Cool program with various options for events and gift cards!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of redeeming rewards and the variety of gift cards available. No particular features stood out nor do I use any tools with this product. I am not aware of competitor programs so I would not be able to provide feedback on how this compares.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have liked to see more gift cards from other retailers such as Best Buy and Target. Overall the product is in good standing and I have no recommendations for improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems have been solved. Benefits are extra rewards for doing no more than our job. I wouldn't say I am more productive or that my business performance has increased. The program is more of a bonus to me, I don't really need it and I don't see it as a great addition to my benefits package.

Good program for staff
Nothing but positive. The service and team are great!

Being able to show gratitude towards teammates and be rewarded for my accomplishments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet! It's great! I haven't had any issues with anything related to the app yet.

The ability to showcase someone's good deeds or amazing work has improved morale in the yard.
