user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
easy applications of instruction on how to use site.

CBRE Store gift cards are sometime not easy to redeem

None at the moment.....
It is so lovely to be able to reward colleagues. Really nice process and real easy to use

Being able to send rewards for work is a lovely thing to be able to do

Sometimes the amount feels small, but I think that is set by the organization

it creates a good comradery and a nice flat structure for recognition
Easy to use, customisable to needs and very easy to see value

Being able to publicly acknowledge the work that each team member does is an excellent tool for motivation

It wasn't totally clear that the rewards were in US dollars

The functionality of your website and how easy it is to navigate.

I can't think of one bad thing to say about your company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is showing our employees that they have value and we award them for the good work that they do and recognize them for it.
The best Employment Engagement program for your team!
What do you like best about the product?
It is very difficult to pinpoint one thing that I love about the program. First, the customer service from the corporate team is amazing! They are so helpful with all of the needs/concerns we have. The overall program is such a fun and exciting way to recognize our employees and they love being able to redeem their points for activities and gift cards that they are interested in!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can say I dislike is when you view your personal recognition received on the app, anytime someone sends you a GIF, it has to play through all of the GIF's before you can see your profile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bucketlist has brought recognition to our employees and allowed them to thank their peers openly with meaning! Bucketlist has also made it easy for us to create employee engagement games and allow us to reward employees with points!

What do you like best about the product?
Bucketlist is very self-intuitive and easy to use, which makes redeeming rewards great.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing in particular that I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to redeem money in many different methods definitely benefits me because I can achieve any of the goals I have quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
What is most helpful about the bucket list is the simplicity of it all. If you have something to give or acknowledge a co-worker for, go ahead and do it. If you get rewarded, thank them and enjoy being able to award yourself for the hard work someone you work with acknowledged you. It always feels good when someone notices what you have been dedicated to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, it motivates me to lift a team member up and makes me feel good when I'm deserving of what has been given to me, to actually be able to use a gift card from work, feels good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problem at all. Solving an issue is not something I have utilized a bucket list for. I am just as productive as I was before I knew there was a bucket list, just more eager to use my points and give ones out to my co-workers. Makes work kind of fun.

I think the bucket list is an excellent tool in recognizing people who normally wouldn't get recognition.
The old system we had only recognized one individual quarterly, which left a lot of great people out.
Seeing your points build up and knowing you can pick your own award is definitely a great incentive as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
So far nothing. Bucket list has been flawless to this point. I dont know what else to place here. I think there shouldn't be a limit for what you have to type in this section.

Making people feel like their hard work isn't going unnoticed.
I can see it already that personnel are utilizing the bucket list and are appreciative when they receive feedback.

Don't wait just do it, your employees will truly appreciate it.
Excellent platform to get recognition for your work
What do you like best about the product?
Superiors can add post appreciating the work of the employees working had and outperforming. Since it has a reward system which can be redeemed as monetary benefits ads a Cherry on the cake.
What do you dislike about the product?
Few more features were required to keep up the engagement on the platform. As only I would access the portal to check any rewards or to redeem them for monetary benefits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in showcasing that one's efforts are being acknowledged and motivates others to work hard. Seeing the ranking at the right side of the screen would motivate me to get more rewards.

I like that there are options to earn rewards with multiple companies
