An excellent program for acknowledging others for their efforts
What do you like best about the product?
It give everyone a chance to express grattitude towards their fellow workers and employees. When people are recognized of their achievements, they strive to do even better

I haven't reallu found anything I dislike about this program

comunication between coworkers is definately an improvement with Bucketlist

I like that any employee regardless of clinical status can recognize other employees for jobs well done.

There is nothing that I dislike about Bucketlist

In July I did not receive all of my allotted points to give. The issue was quickly fixed.

There is nothing that I dislike about the system. Everything moves more than smoothly

Bucketlist is solving the problem of peer-to-peer recognition. This is benefiting me by being able to recognize and be recognized by teammates!
Excellent program. Easy to use and makes employees feel appreciated!

Easy to use and like that you have a tracking tool for total points given and earned.

It's been a great was to help encourage and reward great performance.

The morale boost it can give helps ensure hard work is rewarded.

I don't dislike anything in particular but I would like to see the ability to add some points via liking a bucketlist post.

Like with any job it breaks up the monotony and rewards good performance.
Great employee recognition program with useable rewards
What do you like best about the product?
Our company "refreshes" our available points to recognize our peers every month. This fosters high usage of the Bucketlist system. It is easy to set up, and easy to use. Redemption levels are realistic and there is a wide range of rewards to select from. Digital reward redemptions are fast and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Within the redemption portal, there is no sense of how many points are needed for a certain dollar amount of redemption. Additionally, some rewards such as Amazon gift cards are capped at $50 per redemption, which leads to multiple needless transactions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With remote work becoming more of a standard than an excpetion, the Bucketlist rewards program fosters a bit more of a sense of community within the company. Morale appears higher and individuals feel recognized

Bucketlist makes employees feel appreciated. Very nice way for everyone to know they mean something to the employer.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be games or something that you could play to win points and prizes for everyone. The reason is that some people don't receive recognition from their peers.

Well, I received a decent gift card that I could choose from a place that I liked.
Love the Bucket list program
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to recognize my co-worker for the hard work that they do. We also have fun and enjoy utilizing the options and functions of the Bucketlist recognition program.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some options for "Experiences" don't have enough information regarding how many or who can participate. Example: I was looking for more info on one of the experiences to see if it was offered for one person or a couple to enjoy. I accidentally redeemed it, and was later very thankful that technical support was able to restore my points.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This program really helps with morale at our facility. It's good to see our co-workers get rewarded for the great jobs they do or milestones they complete. It helps when there has been a hard day, week or month that we can redeem a gift card to get lunch or a drink, or maybe even help with day-to-day expenses. It makes a little bit of a difference.

What do you like best about the product?
If you earn enough points, you can redeem for gift cards or other packages.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very hard to earn enough bucket points to redeem. Also, you only get so few points a month to share.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well it's not solving any problems but once you get enough points points you can redeem for different denominations of gifts
