So easy and such a fantastic way to support and encourage colleagues
What do you like best about the product?
Getting so encourage the people I work with on the daily as well as the vast variety that you can choose to redeem points from! Its so easy to use and just brightens peoples day!
What do you dislike about the product?
That I dont have more points to send people!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is just phenomenal at boosting moral as well as giving you a little extra treat from all your hard work

I really enjoyed giving ppoints to my coworker as a Thank you for all of their support in my job position.

I don't have any. I really enjoyed the program.

The bucket list is a great way to support team members and help build a fmaily community within an office.
Overall a great easy to use reward program
What do you like best about the product?
The overall process from giving to and receiving points from others is very simple as is the redeeming process. The value of the points to dollars awarded toward redemption is great. There are a large variety of gift cards which can be selected using the accrued points and there is even an option to use the points to donate to charity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the "experiences" which are available for redemption tend to be rather limited.
Even for major metropolitan cities, there tend to be 5 to 6 options to choose from often revolving around food or some kind of adventure sports.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In a busy, high volume work world, expressing gratitude to others can sometimes fall by the wayside. The program encourages all employees to more actively provide recognition when deemed warranted in quick, efficient, and tangible manor.

What do you like best about the product?
That it offers a way for employees to bring to light all of the hard work their coworkers do
What do you dislike about the product?
Searchability in the website; the emails that look like rewards but only show a list of birthdays and anniversaries. The inability to capture those working hard when a lot of the work force does not sit at computers.. or even want to log into the system (not really a website issue, but how to use it). Major con from what I hear - the complicated nature on how to redeem the rewards. There are three different emails.. with different steps... and all bucket list emails get sent to Junk or your Other folder. For employees who are not on devices all day, they find it hard and not worth their effort to redeem their rewards.

The company is using it for its bonus program.

I like it as it allows me to get rewards for my work and also allow me to give rewards to my team.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, and I like that it has email reminders in place so you don't forget to give out points each month. It is easy and seemless to redeem points, and there is a large selection to choose from. It's a great way to add perks to an organization, with not only supervisors recognizing employees for outstanding behavoir but a way for employees to recognize each other for jobs well done.

I haven't found any downsides so far!!!!

What do you like best about the product?
The service provides easy to use interface, integratio with GIF animations, fun positive atmosphere. I use it often: every month or more often, when I want to thank more people. When speaking about ease of implementation, I never had problems logging in or something, works pretty well, as well as redeeming purchases.

What do you like best about the product?
Bucket list was easy to recognize coworkes with points and be recognized for supporting each other. With great gift card or advantageous getaways with points earned. They have a great amount of options to selections from. When I did have a problem customer Support was very helpful.

Our hospitaal ran out of the point occationly

Our company ran short of money to claim gift and customer support was very helpfull

What do you like best about the product?
I love that we have the opportunity to give to our fellow employees each month for a job well done! There are a lot of gift card options, experiences to choose from, and charity donations to give to. It is a simple system to use. I love how you can upload your own pictures too!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wished there was a main page of employees birthdays for that month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy to give to your fellow employees some Pabst bucks and reconize them for a job well done.
