Bucket List: Sincere rewards and Smile maker
What do you like best about the product?
Wide variety of gifts and services to choose from

HAvent found in downsides...Bucket List is somethng new to me never have had at previous employers

Builds a since of teamwork and recognizes individuals by there peers

Really like how easy it is to use and how quick the rewards come.

There is nothing really to not like about Bucketlist from a user perspective.

It makes it easy to reward fellow employees and the claming rewards is easy and quick.

Bucketlist makes it easy to find a colleague and celebrate their contributions. I also have found the points redemdeption process easy and full of great options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some aspects of the navigation and UI seem underdeveloped and dated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rewarding employees as needed, vs. only awarding a few employees with special recognition.

Easy to navigate reward options as a user and redemption process was quicky and easy.

I wish I had received a tracking link when my item was shipped to me.

It is adding incentives for employees to work hard and receive recognition for going above and beyond at work.

Seamless process ordering my items and receiving almost immediately.

I have not experienced any aspects of Bucketlist that I dislike!

Bucketlist is encouraging recognition and interaction between employees who no longer see each other face to face in the office.

Such a wonderful tool for rewarding employees! I love the variety of things to choose from, especially the gift cards for either practical or fun use!

Absolutely nothing, I think Bucketlist is perfect as is

What do you like best about the product?
So often, negative feedback overshadows positive feedback in our minds. Bucketlist pushes that positivity to the forefront and makes it tangible, solid. It feels good to be recognized for the work we take pride in. And getting to spend the tokens on reall stuff is so fun!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Thankfully my manager is great about recognition and rewarding tokens. I imagine that a downside would occur if it's not used by those that are in a position to do so.

I really enjoy being able to publicly recognize my coworkers.
Absolutely Love Bucketlist
What do you like best about the product?
Bucketlist gives a tangible way to acknowledge employees and show appreciation! Plus the rewards are easily achieved, which as an employee is nice because then you feel like the recognition is meaningful! My supervisor uses this program all the time!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to give other employees tokens with out having to be a supervisor. Or have to option to gift my tokens in appreciation of someone else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bucketlist solves the problem of making remote employees feel valued in their position. It also is a way to easily show that you can see the efforts someone is making even when you are remote.
