I think it's a revolutionary tool for employee experience
What do you like best about the product?
The win-win situation when the employees understand you can gain actual money from giving a good word to someone who deserves it
What do you dislike about the product?
The redeeming is not immediate (automatic) - it means it takes time (days) from the moment you redeem your points until you get your gift-card on email
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First of all it solves the manual recognitions and gifts I did before like anniversaries and birthdays

What do you like best about the product?
I love the environment it creates of rewards that can be exchanged in your taste and wishes, all coming from teamwork and making teams come closer. It's specially nice when it brings people across teams closer so the unity and team communication's easiness.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of rewards available highly depends on your location, I'm unaware if this is both responsibility of Bucketlist AND employers or just one of them though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Verbal (or written in case of remote companies) recognition doesn't come as a few words that do help you understand you're doing a good job, but they come with a small gift that will become something you want. Thus people will remember the words and recognition given to them as they come with a stronger intention to them.
I recommend Bucketlist it is a nice way to create a Portal that can show appreciation to employees.

What I like best is that I am able to share my appreciation to my co workers

There is nothing to complain about on this Portal.

Bucketlist is a way to help us employees keep pushing forward with great work.

What do you like best about the product?
I love they that the have gift cards to redeem as well as experiences! Its so easy to use and very fun to see who was acknowledged. The gifs are really funny

I wish they have more experiences but I imagine its hard to partner up with someone about this. I live in Providence RI and just wish there were more around here

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use. The customer support is amazing! The first month we rolled it out 87% of our office has used it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Experiences can be pricey, especially if they involve luxurious accommodations or exclusive activities. This might not be feasible for everyone's budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've just recently rolled Bucketlist out, we are hoping it will help with Employee Retention as well as Employee Engagement. In the first month, it has shown to increase Employee Engagment already - for that we are pleased.

Easy to use platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Love the platform for its ease of use. Redemption process is fast and efficient. I like having different categories to spend my points on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Logging in would be easier if i could enter my username and then get a text with a 6 digit authentication code to enter to log in. I have too many passwords out there that it's hard to remember them all.

I use bucketlist to redeem my points for gift cards.
Great Employee Recognition Product!
What do you like best about the product?
Bucketlist is a great product for employee recognition. It allows our employees to recognize anyone in the company, not just those in their department. It is extremely easy to use and navigate and they offer a phone app as well. I find that giving points is just as rewarding as receiving them. There are also many unique features our company utilizes. For example, we have created a monthly achievement options for our employees to share something they have done for that month based on the theme we create. For the month of March we have the influential woman award. If you post a photo of a woman you look up to or celebrate, you will be entered into a raffle to receive extra bucketlist points. This feature has been a great success thus far! I am very impressed with the amount of options Bucketlist offers employers that are creative and customizable based on business needs. Additionally, the amount of gift certificates and experience you can redeem points for is exceptional! I would recommend this product to any employer looking to enhance their employee commraderie and recognition initiatives!

There is nothing I would change about Bucketlist at this time.

We have employees all over the US and this product makes them feel included

What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to redeem and there's an assorted list of vendor gift cards that we can chose from. With the current high cost of living, this employee Bucketlist reward money, however small, helps with expenses. Thank you.
What do you dislike about the product?
The points we can award per month is only 8 points. It would be great if this amount would be increased. With more monthly points, employees could accumulate more points and receive bigger rewards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Bucketlist system awards points employees on their birthday, job anniversary and for a job well done. This is encouraging and rewarding for me. Thank you.
