Everyone needs an encouraging word and this app is a great way to do it!
What do you like best about the product?
IT is easy to find coworkers and reward them even if you don't always know their full name. It is surprising to find out how many people or how many points are awarded! My favorite thing is getting to redeem my points. I hate to go shopping, but I love using my points to shop on line. It's just another perk of working here!
What do you dislike about the product?
Half of the employees I work with don't use it or know about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not enough people actually get recognized for the good that they do, directors don't always see the minute to minute details of nurses work or the day to day positive effects nurses have in this facility. Bucket list provides a way for co-workers to see others deeds, it is easy to cheer on your team this was. Sometimes you never see or work with vital staff members that have shifts opposite, again, a great way to encourage and reward others on the team.

I wish it was easier to view everyone tagged in a specific post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
being able to use points towards gift cards is really beneficial with the constant increase in cost.

Such a fresh take on goal-setting and rewards. Really well done.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to mention one area for improvement, I’d say the app can feel a little slow at times, especially when loading new pages or submitting a challenge. It’s nothing major, but a speed boost would definitely make the experience even smoother. Looking forward to future updates!

Effortless Rewards That Actually Feel Rewarding
What do you like best about the product?
What I really appreciate about Bucketlist is how simple and seamless the reward redemption process is. I recently used my points to redeem an Amazon gift card, and it was delivered instantly, which was a great surprise. The platform itself is easy to navigate, and I like how it keeps recognition front and center in our workplace. It’s genuinely motivating to see how appreciation turns into tangible rewards so effortlessly. It makes being recognized by peers and leaders feel meaningful and valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the overall experience is great, I do think there could be a wider selection of rewards, especially for experiences or local options that might feel more personal. Some categories feel a bit limited, and depending on where you live, the available choices can feel more geared toward certain regions or preferences. It would also be nice to see occasional bonus offers or point multipliers to keep things fresh. A mobile app could also enhance the experience for those who want to check rewards or redeem on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is providing the company I work for a way to recognize employees by allowing them to earn points and allowing those points to be traded for rewards like gift cards.

GREAT MOTIVATIONAL TEAM BUILDING FEATURE
Easy to use, great options.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use overall. It is a fun way to acknowledge and reward those that go above and beyond. Love that you can attach pictures and gifs. Redeeming points is easy a well and have a variety of options to choose from and virtual cards are available instantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't like that you have to pay for an actual gift card -$3 fee. Wish also that we could send points to other people that help us from our network hospitals and not only our own hospital.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to recognize employees in a variety of ways, and is quick to do verses the old way. And gives more options of items to get with the points so people are more excited when they are rewarded.
Great Reward Program
What do you like best about the product?
It boosts moral I have been able to get a Bath and Body works gift card, an Applebee's gift card and an Amazon gift card .It is a good way to recognize your coworkers for the excellent job they do. It is very easy to use You can give out your points to multiple people

I can't think of anything I don't like about the Bucketlist Awards

It helps people to feel needed and proud of the job that they do.

Recognition from colleagues and being able to convert it into a gift for myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. I just love Bucketlist Rewards. Or probably add a PayMaya/Maya voucher so points can be converted into cash.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to be recognized is benefiting me by giving me the feeling that my efforts are being acknowledged.
