Receiving the recognition, being recognized is important.

As a manager, I want more points to give out to my staff.

Employees appreciate recognition for going above and beyond. It's a way to say "thank you."

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Bucket list is how easy it is to recognize my colleagues without having to spend my own money. The platform's gammification makes it fun and rewarding to hand out points every month. It's become a part of our company culture and I love recognizing the hard work of my teammates.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike about the platform. It's very simple to use and navigate. The gif features also make recognition extra special.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bucketlist ensures that we are consistently recognizing each other's hard work on a daily basis.

I like that there are many gift card options.

It seems a lot of associates are having a hard time creating an account. Not sure what the issue is exactly because I did not have an issue creating an account.

It creates another way for me to earn money.

Seems lile layout could be upgraded a bit, so that it was a little easier to access all info from like a dashboard and then navigate to stream?

The monitary value of points is a bit small and I think that could be imporved

Its always Good to have a platform where Everyone can get recognized for their Great jobs they do.

You can give recognition where it is needed and to the little people that make up the company that dont get recognized for anything. An help them earn points where they can be rewarded with something useful to them. Depending on what reward they select.

The downside to Bucketlist not enough points. I even noticed I did not receive points for my yearly anniversary.

Excellent Way to Recognize and Reward Employees
What do you like best about the product?
Bucketlist has been such a great way for me as a manager to reward my team, as well as other team members. I really like how the recognitions can be privately sent (just to the individual) or publicly sent (so the entire company can see the accomplishment, good catch, compliments from clients, etc.). It is extremely user-friendly and is easily accessible to us, so that I can "give points" immediately when something deserving comes to my attention. The fact that a simultaneous email is sent to the recipient of the points once they are awarded is a bonus, especially for those who may not access Bucketlist often. Our Teams have also utilized Bucketlist for Nurses' Week, Administrative Professional Day, and Team Lunches. Redeeming points is easy, and there are so many options -- there is something for everyone!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside, if there is a downside, is that trying to find points that may or may not have already been given to a team member (so that we don't double-up on the recognition) is not easy - I have to scroll through all of the past rewards, page by page. If it IS possible to search for a name, to view their past points & reason for the Bucketlist points, I haven't been shown how to do it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe that it helps morale of a team, as well as fostering relationships - it is nice to see people in one department recognize others in a different department.

at the beginning , rewards came in pretty delayed but I see it was fixed now
