Bucketlist as a Fun Incentive
What do you like best about the product?
I liked bucketlist because it gave us employees a means to give each other a pat on the back through the point system. Your co-worker helped you more than she needed to? With a simple post and a boost of points, you could express that appreciation for others to see all while those same points can go toward a reward for that coworker. The interface is simple and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
While its a great fun little extra incentive, it was not well known throughout the hosptial making it somewhat difficult to boost those who needed it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping with employee connection
easy to use. had a good selection of redeem options.
What do you like best about the product?
the redeem options are just varied enough to entice an employee to save earn and save buckpoints
What do you dislike about the product?
many of the gift card options are online only which is not back for some stores or site but the sites with clothing is difficult as most poeple like to try clothes on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I dont know if there is a problem that this solves but this helps to entice employee involvement. committees, unit improment planning and safe coach program all give bucket points for engagment.

directions could use little inprovement not always really explain in some of the items how to redeem.

Bucketlist is the Best!
What do you like best about the product?
Bucketlist makes getting kudos fun! It's a great incentive as it allows you to choose the rewards that are best suited to your needs/wants. I'm always excited when I get that email saying Bucketlist points have been added to your account. That's when the fun begins! It's fast and easy to claim your reward with just a few simple steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly haven't found any downsides to Bucketlist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Always knowing how to reward your employees, so everyone is happy, is next to impossible. Bucketlist allows the employee to choose their own reward so there's no guesswork involved.

Easy to use, easy to redeem. Great variety of rewards. Like the ability to use gifs to personalize the thanks.

Amount of points employees earn each month.

Potential employee retention related to acknowledgement and recognition.

I like using Bucketlist for rewards and it's a great way to feel appreciated for the work I do!

I don't have any downsides or complaints about using Bucketlist!

We use it for Employee Recognition and it's been a great way to show the people we work with that they are cared and thought about!
Simple, quick and easy!
What do you like best about the product?
Every time I have redeemed my points (typically gift cards), the process has been quick and easy. Once you select the card you want, it is delivered directly to your email within a minute or two. You have the ability to print the gift card and use in store (the cashier scans the QR code) or you can load it to your Amazon account if you chose that gift card for example. I don't think it could get any easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are quite a few gift card options to choose from, but there could definitely be more. I've never had an issue, however, I can see some people wanting more variety.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The use of Bucketlist allows us to recognize fellow co-workers with a small incentive to keep being great partners.
Bucket List - very easy to use and offers a large list of option to ''spend'' your points.
What do you like best about the product?
It is so veratil: you can donate your points to a charity, or choose from a wide selection of Experiences or buy Gift Cards. It is easy to use and constantly renewing the offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only used the gift cards and honestly - it worked very well.

I can publicly recognize my peers and giving a small ''gift'' at the same time.
