Bucketlist is a fun and rewarding way to recognize employees.
What do you like best about the product?
It encourages people to do something nice and rewarding for fellow coworkers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not experienced anything I disliked about it.

A way for staff to recognize and be recocgnized for positive performance.

the downsides to buckelist is unable to create awards for others unless you have point availble

i like redeeming the points the best and recieving new points!

I think the login process and remembering password is he worst.

it is hopefully helping with morale and teamwork.

What do you like best about the product?
It was a great experince and very easy to get the gift card. I love that its an employee incentive. I also like the many differnt options of guft cards to choose from and the excursions too.

Wish I had more points to give out. Other than that there isn't anything i really dislike about it.

I like that you employer can add points and as you accumilate you can use them to by gift cards without money purchases.

There is nothing that i dislike about bucketlist.

I canuse it the point to buy thing that i like or need.

What do you like best about the product?
Connecting with coworkers, I like that we are building each other up. Healthcare is very hard and people get burned out easily...but it helps to know that your coworkers have your back. If a coworker has a death in the family, surgery, house fire, etc. There should be a way to help that coworker monetarily but also just to lift their spirits.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is to hard to earn points...I believe all birthday and work anniversaries points should be given. Also everytime a coworker give another coworker praise or kudos both should receive points...it would get everyone to participate much more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That is why I suggest both the sender and the reciever get points.

Very straightforward conversion of reward points to gift card dollar amounts.

Wish our team would use it more often to recogonize each other.

There are many different awards that I like so each time I cash in there's something different for me to enjoy.

Nothing, I enjoy using this product. It's easy to use and very beneficial.
