Great Program!
What do you like best about the product?
The Bucketlist program gives me the opportunity to recognize people in my organization who strive to be the best! My favorite part is being able to redeem points for awesome gift cards, and activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The part that I like the least is that the points I get each month to distribute is only 8... I wish it was more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find that Bucketlist Rewards keeps us all motivated and in touch with milestones in the company

I love all of the gift certificates that are available.

I wish there were charities that help animals to donate my points.

It is hard to filter just your area.

What do you like best about the product?
Bucketlist Rewards Is a very easy to use platform which offers an amazing selection of rewards that employees are able to gift to each other to use towards tons of different gift cards of your choice! Even visa cash gift cards are offered to use at your favorite store or online. I personally picked a 10$ Amzaon gift card and a 25$ gift card with my recent points!. Bucketlistis very easy to use and navigate, and I love the feature that lets your colleagues know how awesome they're doing and why they deserve the points you gifted to them!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Bucketlist is that employees are only given "8" Buckelist points a month to be given out. I think it should be more like "20" because it takes so much time to build up a decent amount of points to gift, but there is nothing I dislike about Bucketlist! Keep up the great work!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personally I am a fairly new employee and Bucklist has helped me break the ice while getting to see all of the outstanding work my fellow employees are recognized for daily.I have been employed at a new hospital for almost 7 months. Sometimes working in a fast-paced environment, I dont get time in person to thank someone for something they have done. With Bucketlist, you can access it at anytime to recognize that fellow employee that went out of their way to help you out, or was an essential helpin solving a patient situation, or went above and beyond for the patient. Maybe you're just plain shy. Break the ice with Bucketlist. Give them the well-deserved recognition they deserve, even when times are hectic. Bucketlist makes it easy to , not only "say " thank you" but also reward and recognize them as well, for anything you feel they are deserving of.
It's amazing to be able to receive free gift cards for working hard and being recognized.

This is a great way for employee's to show their co workers apperication for all the hard work.

I dont see any down falls about Bucketlist.

Haven't had anything to dislike. If I were to choose something, I would say that there could be a little more visibility on how points are equivalent to purchases.

bucketlist - A great way to make someone's day!
What do you like best about the product?
Recognizing my team members is a perfect way to show how much I appreciate them. With bucketlist, I am able to do this in just a few clicks! I enjoy highlighting how my team member lives our core values, went above and beyond in performance, or reached a milestone such as a birthday or work anniversary. The bucketlist program makes it so fun and easy to deliver timely recognition which makes it so much more meaningful. The points I give (and receive) can be used toward wonderful prizes. The menu of selections is easy to navigate and you can use your points as soon as you like or save them up for a larger prize down the road. Gift cards are my personal favorite and I just used some points for two great gift cards! I enjoy that the gift cards come in different amounts so you can redeem the points you have saved up without losing any of them. The time in which the gift cards are received is phenomenal - mine came the same day!
What do you dislike about the product?
The experience marketplace feature is very nice, but I feel that some of the locations of the events are quite far away from our location in sunny Naples. They would be great if someone had a vacation planned in the area of the excursion, but if not it could be quite expensive to make the trip. You can absolutely peruse the long list of offered excursions and filter by your zip code, but when I tried that most things were still out of state that I found.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I joined Physicians Regional I had a little difficulty logging in the first time. I reached out by email to bucketlist Customer Service and they had me logged in the same day! it was great!
