What do you like best about the product?
Ease to use and was able to redeem a gift card right away.

Bucketlist Rewards is an online platform to make employees feel valued at work. It lets companies create fun ways to reward their team members by giving points, offering gift cards, and setting up custom awards for achievements like hitting targets or celebrating work anniversaries

Learning Curve for New Users: For teams new to using digital rewards, it might take a little time to get familiar with Bucketlist. Some employees could feel unsure at first, which might lower their interest until they get used to it.

Bucketlist Rewards solves the challenge of keeping employees engaged, motivated, and appreciated at work. Many companies struggle to find effective ways to recognize achievements and build a positive culture that employees enjoy.
this website provides a fast and easy way to earn gift cards and i love that i signed up for it!!

the vast amount of different types of gift cards and other rewards that can be redeemed.

that you only get points work anniversary,birthdays or if someome gives you poimts . you should have other ways to earn points

Rewards for a job already being done
What do you like best about the product?
It is a great way for a collague to reach out and tell you your appreciated. After a shift ends you may notice something you want to thank them for but they have already left for the day. When you see them again, you may have forgotten about the experience.
It is a quick and convienent way to let them know they are well thought of and of great value to your day, and by extension, your work place!
There is also a great selection of place to receive gift cards from when you have earned points!

No real downsides, just wish we were alloted more points to dish out per month!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I earn a gift card I get to thinking what I could use it for. The answer almost always comes down to...oh yeah I needed to get a gift for a birthday or holiday event. Help pad your bottom line so your budget isn't shot!

I enjoy the opportunity to give my fellow co-workers a quick shout out for all they have done.

That I can't use all the features as a user such as giving beacon bucks to co-workers.

Wonderful Program/Easy to Navigate

I like that the whole company can congradulate each other to build up our work community in a positive way. It is very easy to naviagate and everyone on our team uses this site frequently.

Nothing! I love it all. We use this site frequently.

We have no issues with Bucketlist at this time. It works great!

What do you like best about the product?
I had enough points to reedeem and got an Amazon Card. That allowed me to get what I wanted without spending my own money.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see the point I don't use to reward for one month to rollover to the next one.
