Best Employee Benefit on the Planet!!!
What do you like best about the product?
This is the absolute best perk an employer could provide. My favorite part is how you can give Kudos for the entire organization to see where those typical "pats-on-the-backs" go unnoticed. Of course, the option to gift rewards is an even bigger plus. 1 point = $1.....WHAT?!?!?! AWESOME....that's WHAT!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only area that I could see improvement in would be the way that multiple rewards are split with one post. If I have a project team with 1 lead and 2 team members, I would like to have the ability to more customize how the reward points are split. For instance, if I give 60 points today, each person would get 20 but having the option to give 30 points to the project leader and 15 points to each of the team members within the same post would be ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Extremely beneficial as an aid when preparing for annual performance reviews. I am particularly fond of the notifications received each time one of your direct reports is recognized by someone within the organization. I am equally fond of the ability for peer-to-peer "shout-outs" and "thank yous".

The bucketlist provids a space that breaks the "Normal Atta-boy". It is fun, user friendly and a moral booster.

There is nothing at this time that I dislike

It is a way to show across the organization that certain employees are excelling in their role. It boosts the employees moral and helps them preform better.

Excellent Employee Rewards Program
What do you like best about the product?
This program was recently introduced to our company back in July and everyone absolutely loves it. It is very easy to use and has a lot of awesome features that helps keep everyone within the company connected. It was very easy to make the switch to this program vs getting only Amazon gift cards. This program allows us to pick and choose from so many limitless options for rewards as well as company swag. We use the program almost every day to keep up with co-workers and contest winnings and to share all the amazing things that make us happy. This program is wonderful and so easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had a more user friendly homepage or that we are able to personalize our pages a little more but other than that, there is nothing wrong with this program. It is amazing.

It allows us to pick and choose from many different rewards instead of one type of gift card.

The fact that I dont have to do a ton of work or ads for my Chipotle gift card is just one of the amazing things about this business! Keep it up!

I honestly haven't had one mishap with Bucketlist.

Most days, I dont have enough to feed myself. Bucketlist always comes in handy.

EMPLOYEES CAN CHOOSE THEIR GIFT CARDS FOR PLACES THEY SHOP AT MOST.

MOST OF THE REWARDS WERE OUT OF OUR AREA. I WISH THERE WERE CHOICES CLOSER TO OUR HOSPITAL TO PICK FROM.

IT'S NICE TO RECEIVE REWARDS FROM FELLOW EMPLOYEES WHO WORK WITH YOU ON A DAILY BASES. OUR MANAGER AND SUPERVISOR DON'T WORK WITH US IN THE LABORATORY VERY CLOSELY.

That my employer does not give rewards for years of service unless in 5 or 10 year incriments
