Bucketlist is a great way to encourage and motivate people and to recognize fellow coworkers!
What do you like best about the product?
Working virtually, you don't really get a change to get to know coworkers on a personal basis. You don't get to see them around the office to show appreciate for the things they do. Bucklist is a great and easy way to say thank you. And who doesn't like to receive rewards and gift cards!?
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I don't like about Bucketlist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bucketlist is helping me to get to know and form relationships with people that I work with. I feel like a little recognition can go a long way and motivates people to want to go above and beyond when they know they are appreciated.
I love introducing the bucketlist to those who doesn't know about it.So exciting!!!!

Yon can almost pick any store to recieve awards

I dont have any dislikes,other than we only recieve 8 points a month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IT is very beneficial to me when i dont have any funds i can check to see if i have any awards.
BucketList user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Using the Bucketlist app was easy enough and I was able to navigate the page without taking too much of my time. It is also nice to get a reward for the things we do on a daily basis to our patients. I hope we can continue giving positive vibes to our co-workers which is good for our mental health. Thank you.

Less color maybe add colorful icons to brighten the app

Lack of appreciation so at least when you receive points from a co-worker it adds something special to the daily grind

What do you like best about the product?
There are seveal options for gift card redemption and its pretty simple and easy. It's also a nice way to be recognized or to recognize others. I feel good reading the feed even when its coworker I don't know personally.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. Maybe how many point it takes to redeem. I would like it if there was a little more value for the gift cards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was nice to cash in on some of the gift cards to ease the finicial burden of Christmas.

The best thing about Bucketlist is redemming my point for gift cards. I love all the options that are available

Dealing with odd numbers/points. This cause me to be just shy of a better redemming option

Easy way to say thank you to a team member.
What do you like best about the product?
Its easy and a great way to appreciate your co-workers. It provides a monetary benefit to your co-worker for doing a great job, making a difference for a patient or the team. It's positive reinforcement to continue to do a great job.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we had more points to give each month. That may be set by the individual facility so may not be the result of rules with bucketlist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employee recognition for a job well done. I'm a leader in the organization and this is a quick, easy way to recognize my employees. It positively reinforces the behaviors I appreciate in each one of them. Because they are being recognized for patient care and it positively reinforces them to continue doing a good job, it ultimately reaches the patient. When patients are treated well, survey scores go up and other patients will seek care at that hospital which will increase revenue for the facility. It's a win/win for all people.
Quick and Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like the variety of rewards. There were many to choose from as well as many different price ranges to choose from with each reward. It was easy to navigate. The reward was redeemable within 10 minutes of my selecting the gift card I wanted. I actually used this as a gift to a friend by giving her the information and she was able to use it easily. I plan to use this during holidays and birthdays.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrating the reward to my phone was not the smoothest, but only since it was coming to my work email. If there is or will be an app, I would consider using that before the web version just for accessibility purposes.

We use Bucketlist Rewards to encourage and motivate our team. This helps everyone feel recognized and honored for the roles that we play.

What do you like best about the product?
Bucketlist is very user friendly and is easy to navigate. My company uses it for our employees and customer support is very attentive. I'd recommend this software to any business that has an employee recognition program.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing.ive enjoyed using this software and have no problem with any features it All reasonable offers considered.

Bucketlist manages the user experience from beginning to end which takes quite a load off of the business.
