What do you like best about the product?
Drata is very forward thinking and tech-savvy I like that the company is constantly integrating with different platforms to ensure the tool is keeping in line with customers's needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve and some of the integrations take more manual work than I would like. I know with time the integrations will streamline but right now that would be my main complaint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Drata is helping to streamline the SOC II process for us. As a very small team with compliance being pushed to the forefront, the use of Drata is very helpful in achieving our company's goals.

Simple, Effective and Efficient!!
What do you like best about the product?
The Drata platform is simple to use and made our process a breeze. The onboarding support is fantastic as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a fan of long term contracts but worth the investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to stream line our GDRP, ISO and SOC2 requirements for internal and external audits.
Great software and customer support
What do you like best about the product?
We received our ISO 27001 certification earlier this year, and we couldn't do it without Drata:
- The software is very easy to use
- Helps us implement systems and processes and identify where the gaps are
- The support from Tony (account manager) and the customer support team is 2nd to none. They go above and beyond to help.
- The help section of the software has got answers to everything you might need
- It really feels like the team at Drata wants you to succeed

What do you dislike about the product?
The time difference used to be an issue but it has now been sorted and agents are nearly always available when you need support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Drata helps us identify gaps in our Info Sec and ensure we become compliant and ready for the ISO 27001 audit. Due to the extensive list of controls, we couldn't do it without Drata's monitoring system.
We also have a few laptops not enrolled in our MDM solution (Jamf) so having the option to install the Drata agent to ensure compliance has been really helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Their great customer support, integration options, organised control frameworks and completion stats helped to get us on track and keep us on track to certification.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does still require some tracking, e.g. risk mitigation, outside the tool. Not a big deal, but would be great to have an ecosystem where other tools could plug in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Drata organised and structured our journey to compliance, it helps us manage our controls and ensures that we've got the right people responding to compliance needs.

I like how knowledgeable the staff are and the lengths they go to ensure our questions are answered sufficiently

Nothing really, it's all pretty easy to use and they simplify it so much that I don't have a lot of questions as it's self explanatory.

Fantastic Framework for Automating HIPAA and GDPR Compliance
What do you like best about the product?
I like how the Drata application will continuously check for compliance issues with cloud services. I also like the policy and personnel systems for tracking end-user compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, it is getting through the audit. I spent hours working on policies and compliance. I think the tool could help more with project management and goal setting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping guide me along the way to achieve GDPR, NIST and HIPAA Compliance.

What do you like best about the product?
Drata make your compliance journey a manageable one. We started our journey with Drata with SOC2 and HIPPA compliance in mind and were able to cross the finish line with “no exceptions reports” within 4 months.
Drata’s intuitive platform, easy-to-access policy templates, integration to other platforms (to pull evidence from) and centralized and detailed dashboard make things so much easier.

Developing some kind of integration with auditing firms so auditors can pull data from DRATA might save some time for the customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Drata shows us what controls are missing, or failed, why they failed and how to fix them. This helped us to achieve SOC2 Type 1 and HIPPA assertations in a speedy time.
A great combination of technology and service
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent capabilities in the platform. I have been through a readiness process before, and this is much easier and more organized. I love the weekly 1:1 meetings with client success. They are always very knowledgeable and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no "dislikes". There have been some issues that we have worked through, but nothing major.

For a small startup, the frameworks, automation, and monitoring have been very valuable in guiding our focus and efforts.
Accelerated our compliance journey
What do you like best about the product?
Drata covered all the controls needed for our compliance and were organized intuitively. It also had all the necessary integrations and allowed multiple team members to collaborate to get the many controls checked off. Drata also provided us with a portal that we could provide our employees to be onboarded with the company policies and required training. It was a one-stop solution, which made our compliance journey much more accessible.
We had a fantastic customer success manager, Ali, who guided us throughout the journey and was instrumental in us getting our compliances. Since we were new to the compliance process, she ensured we got a good overview of the process early on, had all our questions answered without delay, and provided external vendor recommendations and compliance expert help when needed.

Getting and maintaining compliances. Making compliance attaintment accessible for companies that do not have in-house expertise in different compliance domains.
