    Mental Health Care

A weight off our mind

What do you like best about the product?
As a small engineering team we needed a compliance solution that gave us confidence in what we were doing, pointers for what to do next, and help at every stage with documentation. Drata reached that benchmark and surpassed it.

The customer support experience was particularly excellent. Sending in a ticket by email and seeing it immediately update in application and get resolved almost immediately felt like a premium, bespoke service on top of the already excellent automation of the Drata platform. An inspiration for us as a great relief to feel so supported.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pushing guidance into an initial onboarding isn't ideal for us. We want to get some tasks done immediately, and then come back to explore the other things later. In some cases we were a little puzzled when exploring e.g., the risk assessments page as to how to proceed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us complete HIPAA compliance as a small team and automating the monitoring of compliance going forwards.

ChatBot to Live Support Person

What do you like best about the product?
Its really prescriptive, easy to follow. The Quick Start feature really gets you down the path without having to create your own detailed plan. Its intuitive - requires very little training and easy to pick up where you left off, even after a long time away. I also have also had some really great experiences with live customer support. Terrious did a great job of addressing my issue today, allowing me to keep to scheduled tasking for this week. Also Kelsey was super attentive while we were getting started.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not been deep enough in the product as of yet. The only thing I can say is as we are getting into policies, it would be great if you could differentiate between technical policy setup vs policy documentation, and have templates for the policy documentation we need to create.

Great product

What do you like best about the product?
Sales was straight forward to deal with, support was good, product is intuitive and easy to use, pricing was aggressive
What do you dislike about the product?
the one drawback to implementation was some of their support wants you to upload a video to troubleshoot where i prefer to troubleshoot on my own or live troubleshoot

one of their engineers was kind enough to provide data and resolve the issue

Ben Chau one on one training

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about drata is the user support is great. Ben really took his time to ensure I was confident after walking out of the training. He held 2 sessions, one hour each. He was willing to answer any and all my questions as we worked together on drata. He is very knowledgeable and taught me knew things about drata that I hadn't yet known about. Ben is no longer our rep but he made it very clear he was always willing to help if Nick was ever out of office or if we had any questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest I have nothing bad to say about Drata. Ben such a great job explaining everything that there is noting I would change. He was great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Drata is preparing our company to be SOC 2 Type II compliant and helping our company better manage our controls.

A great compliance tool with real online support people

What do you like best about the product?
Automations to connect to internal systems and integrations to auditors workflows.
The online chat to support people in my time zone is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a growing company and therefore they are rapidly changing. This can create some small bugs from time to time.
Popularity of software can create overload with support resources in non US timezones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensures our processes that are compliant are automatically submitted to auditors, saving time and reducing manual work.
Ensures that our auditors also use Drata to reduce rework.

I had to re-request docs as it appears the link expired. I think this is set from vendor to vendor

Makes Compliance easy

What do you like best about the product?
New interface is easy to use and accelerates the compliance journey greatly. customer Support is there and provides expert compliance knowledge for many frameworks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are frequent updates so takes some time to know where things are. More integrations planned, but not yet supported.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fast and painless SOC2 Compliance.

Drata's smooth experience

What do you like best about the product?
Drata is very easy and intuitive to use, it saves a lot of intensive manual work, and we use if very frequently. The support is very responsive and fast, one of the best support teams we have dealt with. The implementation phase was also easy in terms of setting up the connections, integrations, and just kicking off the process. Drata supports a wide range of integrations too!
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe one downside which is really specific is that there is no support for asset-based risk assessment, which is totally fine since there is a scenario-based risk assessment section that is well documented and supported and contains many features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Drata is helping us with getting certified in SOC2, ISO27001, and GDPR. It's helping us with policy writing, control mapping, framework understanding, risk assessment, asset inventory, vendor management, awesome integrations, and automated monitoring of controls as well as giving us a dashboard to measure our progress.
