Okay, but not as professional as others!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use. We make a lot of digital content and it is very easy to make matching websites with wix.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s not very professional in its hosting abilities and it loads really slow. The websites take forever to load and when they do, the mobile optimization is always a little off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Producing several websites a month means a lot of time is spent doing work that isn’t necessary important to the look and design of the website or even the practicality. Wix let’s us do this fast and easy with their AI.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Honestly - just try it. It’s not bad. If you have the budget for it - get something more optimized. Don’t use square space though - they are too rigid and their customization cannot compare to wix.

The “new” AI feature on wix (it’s 4-5 years old I’ve just been using it for so long) is BOMB! It will literally make you a perfect website in 1

What do you dislike about the product?
Loading times of the editing tool. And the editing tools are good (lots of customization) but sometimes it’s too much work just to change a color.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well, my boss starts new companies all the time (he’s a genius) and every time he needs a website. Like that’s his first thing to make it more real for himself and it can be super time consuming and the guy does not like to wait. So, what do I do? I use the wix AI and have it running in no time. I customize it after of course, but so much of that initial work

Go to wix.com and make a free website and click their AI version. Whatever it makes - you won’t be sorry.

The ease of use and customization is Wix’s best feature! It is so great to use and makes everything look beautiful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their loading times are terrible (both in the edit mode and when your website is live). This can be very annoying, but read on for my tip on how to counter this!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to update our website so often, we just don’t have the time to hire a web developer and honestly it would be a waste of money. For a small to midsize business you won’t need anything else.

Loading times can be a pain. So what I recommend is that you first download any photos you are using and compress them! Try this out in the free version and see if you like it. Look for wix made websites so you can compare! Try free trials other places.
Simple and Easy Solutions for Small Businesses
What do you like best about the product?
Wix allowed us to create a clean and simple site for the promotion of our business, at an affordable rate, with easy solutions for those less experienced in website building. The tools are not difficult to use and the designs are nice and modern. An easy to use color pallate system elts you use your own color scheme which can be color matched directly to images such as a logo. In addition, the easy upload and placement of images was helpful, as was the ability to make multiple sections on a webpage that scroll seemlessly. Additionally, the site helps you get set up for optimal search engine results!
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating a way for customers to go online and pay the amount they owe us to our paypal needs to be a more simple soultion for those of us still sending out physical invoices, but we did find a way to make it work for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A business in todays society needs a website, even for smaller businesses. Wix made it easy to come up with a website to show off what we do and who we are, while allowing a place for our customers to pay invoices online.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great for small businesses looking to build a better online presence! Was simple and easy to setup, which is an amazing feature if web design is not your traditional background and something you want as a helpful tool, not a headachche. The biggest issue for us was setting up a simple way to let customers pay us for physical invoices we send them. Eventually flound a workaround but not the easiest.

- You can restore a previous version in case any element is deleted by mistake.

The SEO tools provided by Wix are not really efficient. I have noticed that Google does not correctly classify keywords.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My experience with Wix has been really great. It is possible to create a website in a couple of hours. Your website builder has a drag and drop function, to easily add elements to the website. Another advantage is that it can be used for free.

This software has really met the requirements of our organization. It is an easy to use and simple platform. I recommend Wix, especially for beginners.

It all started with a simple need for a page to use personal creation, but over time Wix became my favorite tool for web creation. I'm not a programmer, so Wix fit me like a glove. From there onwards my fingers began to be used for the assembly of personal web projects that have helped me develop my ideas. Over time I realized that Wix is a perfect platform for electronic stores.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have generally worked harmoniously with Wix. But on other occasions, I have needed to clarify a question about the scope of the platform. In these cases, the contact I have obtained from Wix has been very poor. Their customer service does not meet the expectations of support necessary to get them out of trouble. It is a service that must be improved in order to have the necessary support and continue managing Wix with all its potential for use.

Wix possesses the necessary power in these times when multimedia content dominates almost all web content. It features a powerful and user-friendly interface. This power enables it to manage numerous elements, including its own templates, and supports elements to enhance the page's appearance, such as text, images, and videos. Getting a website up was easy and straightforward. The drag and drop functions were helpful, and transitioned well with my experience in Microsoft Office applications. I found it to be very streamlined and uncomplicated to get things up and running, and it was a great service to get a website up for my freelance medical writing business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I felt that there was less support and less overall recommendations suggesting Wix as a good platform for SEO, and for growing my customer base. I also thought the plans were expensive after the introductory year of a lower price and free domain.

I was able to use Wix to create a website that houses my online portfolio and communicates the value I can provide to clients. I realized benefits of having a professional website that allowed me to improve marketing of my services.
