Great website builder for small operations
What do you like best about the product?
Wix is a dream to work with if you have a very simple and straightforward business. Like if you are a lawyer and you need a blog, a page about you, and a page to contact.
What do you dislike about the product?
For more complex sites needing e-commerce or booking systems, you could Upgrade with Wix, but pErsonally I think this is a waste. Instead I would recommend using a software targeted towards online stores
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wix is very straightforward but allows for maximum customization without needed advanced skills.

What do you like best about the product?
I think Wix is the absolute best website builder for anyone who does not have a background in coding or website development. It is very easy to use and the learning curve is not very steep.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike about Wix. Clearly it is meant for use online which means it does not have some of the ease of use and clarity that desktop website builders have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to create websites fast and easy. Our team can collaborate and if each member creates a page each - we can have the whole website 100% completed in a few hours.

What do you like best about the product?
Wix is very easy to use. I love the way it is set up, and I have been using wix since I was a child (yes, you read that right - my dad is a computer geek so I started early) which points to its simplicity. It takes me a maximum of 1 hour to have a complete and basic website set up. But it is the perfectionism that takes time. Again, a testament to how wonderful wix is - it lets you perfect or customize almost anything on your website.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike very little about wix. One thing I should mention is that their loading speed seems to be significantly lower than their competitors. It is not a problem per se - I work around it by compressing media - but it can be slightly frustrating and considering the amounts Wix has spent on advertising and marketing, I feel they could spend some money updating their loading speed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes you just need to build a website with a specific design and make it fast. With wix this is an easy peasy job. Wix also allows for mobile optimization which is super important.

What do you like best about the product?
Wix is a superb online website builder. Their drag and drop feature is the most user-friendly tool I have used in a long time and all new and old employees know how to handle their interface instinctually.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is some frustration among our team about the menu options and how they seem to be more complicated than they need to be. I, however, have nothing negative to say about Wix. Their entire program is very intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to either create a website for a specific purpose (long-term project separate from main brand) or even for a campaign in minutes vs hours or even days. Wix allows you to use their AI to create, but even if you start from "scratch" via one of their templates, you can create a website in a very short time.
Great software for mobile optimization and desktop websites
What do you like best about the product?
Wix is a tremendous asset to any business, small or large. It takes the hard work of developing a website and completes most if not all of the work for you. Some of my favorite features include; SEO integration, Drag and drop features, library of stock images, easy learning curve, and responsive customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, there is not much to dislike about Wix. It is my choice of a website builder whenever I am starting a new project (except for e-commerce, there I am looking for targeted website builders). If I had to mention one thing, it is easy to add too many options or features to your site and that will leave the user with a conflicted experience. That is why it is good to have someone create the website that is either A) an expert in consumer behavior, B) a website developer or C) a robot. Option C is included in Wix for free: you can use their AI technology to create a simple and practical website. No human error included.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wix is beneficial for those of us who know how to target, move consumers to purchase, and design, but do not know how to develop a website from scratch. I personally use Wix for all my professional needs, including, but not limited to, my online resume.
Wix is an Easy To Use Platform with Affordable Pricing!
What do you like best about the product?
We enjoy that the platform is easy to use and we can have multiple users posting and updating content as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! We've really enjoyed our experience with Wix since implementation. They may have fewer integrations than WordPress but we still have found the tool to be robust and it meets all of our organizations needs for e-commerce, and multiple business sites from one login and platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to quickly share the load of work since Wix is easy to use. We no longer have to add content on behalf of other team members.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely review your needs before implementation. Wix has several add ons that you can run with the platform but does not have as many robust options as larger organizations such as WordPress.

How to create websites for free or for very little money. You can start with a basic free plan and upgrade as you go. You only need one user for several websites which is great because you won't have to log in and out as much.
Wedding Website? Done.
What do you like best about the product?
We use Wix for all our couples and their wedding websites. This is because Wix has the most customization and features out there compared to more traditionally branded "Wedding Websites". So, okay, it is not made to be a wedding website, but it works nonetheless. If you are in need of a portfolio of your work online as well, this is a great place to start!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a real hassle if the bride and groom have already purchased a domain somewhere else and wants to transfer it to the wix site we have created for them. Sometimes it links immediately, and sometimes we have to retry 3 times a day for a week before it works. Not sure if this could be an issue with the domain servers, but I have a feeling it is with Wix, because many get their domain from the same place and have no issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A wedding website is not something you want to hire a team of web developers for, to put it like that, but it is also a website that you kind of want to look perfect. Wix makes it easy to set up a website in a few hours.
Makes life so much easier
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is so beautifully made and that the entire builder is made to produce beautiful and engaging websites. I learned how to use wix at a company class and it was so much fun that I now create websites for family and friends as well as a side hustle. A great way to make some extra money for college! Everyone needs a good website and wix makes everyone a website designer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike all the advertisement that is spread on your page until you upgrade and I really hate that you cannot show the website without it in preview. It always means I can't see the page or website properly until my client (or me) have upgraded their hosting/domain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wix has helped me launch a whole new kind of career on the side. I no longer rely on money from typical student jobs (food service, retail), but instead I make websites for people I know and that makes me much happier, teaches me about business principles and makes me more prepared for the "real" world.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it has so many different options and things you can add to your website without knowing anything about computers (other than the basics). You can add slideshows, buttons, pop-ups, videos, cool galleries, and more. It truly makes each website unique.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a huge fan of their slow working speed. I often sit and wait for their program to load, for it to save, or for something to move to the right spot after I have dragged it. Being that it is a drag and drop "cloud" based or fully online system, I can really understand why it takes so long while working on it, but I do still wish it had a better working speed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to create a website. Wix has been genius for this purpose. I am no computer genius, but I know what I like and I feel I have a good general feeling for what a website should look like. I am also very particular and feel that no website designer could make anything as nice as I can. However, when you lack the technical expertise you need something like wix to get it up and running.
