Great simple website builder for those that don't need custom work
What do you like best about the product?
Wix is fast.. You can have a great looking website built in literaly minutes. This is a powerhouse drag and drop builder that truly works great!
What do you dislike about the product?
My only issue I have had is configuration limits. We sell an advanced product with lots of options and you reach your max pretty quick. It also seems to be tedius to update pricing and info on a large number of options. If you are a typical ecommerce business this wont be a problem im sure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As i said before, Wix speads up the process and gets you from 0 to sales in no time. This is a big deal!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Before you look into wix just look into the number of configurations you are able to do and the number that you need to do. If you are on the edge of having too many, I would consider a different option. Other than that its great!
Wix is Great for Beginners and Intermediate Small Businesses Doing it Themselves
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to add elements to a Wix website, add apps, and just about any form/idea/widget you could come up with is drag and drop, VERY easy to use and preview. You can TOTALLY customize your webiste YOURSELF, without hiring anyone. While this is great for beginners and intermediate users, it can be tough if you aren't a designer to create a totally professional-looking website. I also love how easy it is to add a shop, emails, etc. to my basic subscription.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many designers/templates available for Wix websites. They do offer a few designers, but I found that process awkward. I would love to be able to hire someone to create my website in Wix or even just to troubleshoot or make what I have look extra-professional. I also wish it were more mobile-friendly automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a fully realized website/shop/blog platform and especially adding a shop to my website without having to learn Wordpress or hire a designer or coder. This has allowed me so much freedom for a small price I am willing to pay.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a GREAT starting place!!! I highly recommend it.
Wix: most robust, easy-to-use and customizable web design software
What do you like best about the product?
So robust and customizable plus it's easy to use! The high amount of integratable apps like easy to install blogs, social widgets and much more is out of this world!
What do you dislike about the product?
The wyswyg aspect of the Wix is not as flexible as other sofrwares like Ionos. It's a bit rigid but still great at getting the job done!

What do you like best about the product?
Wix give our company all the tools we need to be successful online. Their website editor is very easy to use and look great. Their ticket and call systems help us manage all of our customer interactions in a quick and organized way. The calendar in Wix is perfect for allowing customers to book time directly instead of having someone manage our time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wix does not have an automated chat bot that we can use on our site so we've had to shop elsewhere for that feature.

Our company is completely online and without something like Wix we wouldn't be able to function properly. With business all around the world we need a way to be able to manage all of our customer interactions and without Wix we would have to subscribe to an unmanageable number of different apps and software in order to get all of the functionality that we need.

If you don't want to have to shop around for a bunch of different products to manage your online presence then Wix is going to be the solution you need. With features to build and manage your website, store, and help center, as well as tools to manage customer interactions through calendar, emails, and call center, Wix is the single product that you'll need to make sure your business is set up for success online.
Easy to use, Unlimited options for the designer and the developer!
What do you like best about the product?
I feel that the user friendliness of this product is what really drew me to use it. I believe that even if you are a beginner in the web design/development process that you can use this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a little background in the development side, but not enough to know how to create something for the website that a customer is requesting. I wish there was a search area for possible add-ons that clients are looking for that may not be found in the normal area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to maintain my companies website, which has allowed me to make changes and add and delete old and new products. I have also been able to work on keeping my portfolio current and up to date, because you never know when you may need to use it.

If you know a lot or even a little about web design this is a very easy to use platform. If you don't know what you want, wix has options for templates that you can use, but if you do know what you want then the mouse and keyboard are in your hands to design the ultimate website!

My favorite part of Wix is that it has a constructor that allows you to choose templates with pre-defined texts, so that it is easier to create the website design. Ease of use is its most important feature, because it is based on dragging and dropping elements such as images, texts or widgets. In addition, it has a very affordable cost compared to other competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The resolution of the Wix page editor is very high, so to edit a web page on a small monitor you will have to reduce the browser zoom.

Wix is a solution that benefited us with your customer service, which was attentive to all our queries. In addition, they make available a construction wizard that allows you to choose templates with pre-defined texts. On the other hand, it allows us to save costs since their plans are really accessible.

Wix has a very nice customer service team. The platform is easy to learn to use and they have really affordable prices. I think we will be using this software for many years.
Great Customization without Compromising Functionality
What do you like best about the product?
I've setup a couple Wix websites now, and I love how easy it is to use. There are plenty of competitors out there, but if you're looking to incorporate databases and more granular or complex customization without any back end coding, I'm not aware of a reasonable alternative. Wix also has a ton of plugins and integrations (Mailchimp, forms, CRM, forums, blogs, etc.) that can make it pretty much a one-stop shop for all your online needs. It can pretty much be whatever you need/want it to be, all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The more complex your customizations or content are, the more slowly it loads the page. This is true of all websites, but from my experience it seems like Wix places a lot more priority on the degree of customization and flexibility of their platform rather than responsiveness. Other competitors seem to be more responsive, but at the cost of flexibility of their platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating and managing an online presence, and Wix has been great for that.

If customization is your top priority, Wix is amazing, but if website responsiveness is your top concern, you may want to look elsewhere.
Creative design and professional homepage CMS
What do you like best about the product?
A outstanding admin area to adjust everything on the homepage into seconds. Great templates which we can edit and modify in almost every area without having special coding experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
A template should be always responsive, unfortunately there are also some templates available which are not responsive and they are showing a bad result on different mobile devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating our homepage and single special event pages in a short time. Also the SEO compatibility is given and is good coded. The stylesheet is separate, this allows us to modify the style without editing the general code of the homepage. The live view preview is very good.

She helps me offer an incredible design service thanks to the variety of her tools. Wix support is very dynamic, with many options for resolving queries. The templates in the software are beautiful. There is a lot of information on the website about the software and it is easy to ask questions.

The configuration of the platform is a bit complicated, it deserves to be more dynamic so as not to waste a lot of time.

I recommend Wix for their ease of use, you can have an optimal result with their tools. It's totally affordable because of its low price. The interface is fast to run the job smoothly and without interruption of errors.

Wix does have some downsides. Particularly:
- You can search and add photos to your website that are free from Wix and can be used commercially, but their image library is not very functional
- Their loading times can be slow if you add too many features to your website (videos, large image files)
- There is no option to compress images in the editor itself

Wix is allowing our business to always look polished and professional by having wix as our website creator and by continuing to edit and develop our site. Wix is simple enough that anyone can use it and minimal training is required.
