Excellent Choice
What do you like best about the product?
I love Wix. I have been wanting to start my own business for a while now and it feels great to finally be able to create a website of my own. The interface is user friendly, there is a ton of documentation, and the site was up in less than an hour. I would recommend this app to anyone looking for help with their website without having to learn how to code!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really like the templates, the price is too high, the free plan force watermark, tracking and analytics require a paid plan, premium Plans are single-site only.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wix is a great platform for any business. The setup process is easy and the interface is clear and user-friendly. The best thing about Wix is that it does not require any knowledge of coding or web development skills, which means it's very accessible for small businesses or start-ups without a lot of resources. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to start a website but has no technical skills.

Wix, the Magical Website Wizard
What do you like best about the product?
People often think of coding and web development as "magic" because they don't understand how it works. Wix makes everything very easy to understand and it still sometimes seems like magic. I love the ability to simply drag and drop elements on the screen. It's a great editor for beginners as well as developers who want to add their own custom code. I love editing in developer mode so I can see the content manager from within the editor and easily connect data to make my website as dynamic as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one feature I'd love to see that I have not found yet is a map element. There are maps plugins but they show their own logo and branding. I have taken the time to add a google maps API to display different coordinates, but this took a lot of extra work. While adding the map, the window for editing the element's HTML was really small and difficult to navigate through the lines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've updates websites for teachers to share their research. I've made a personal site to brand myself and get hired. I've transferred websites as freelance work to let companies have more control over their website (because their previous hosting platform was very structured and confining)

What do you like best about the product?
I love how user friendly this platform is. You do not need to know how to code to create a beautiful website or blog. This is the perfect platform to build and watch your dreams come to life.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't found much that I dislike about Wix. I accidentally made an error with my Domain and Customer Service told me I'd have to pay for another one because they couldn't help with that kind of issue. That's perhaps the only thing but it was my fault anyhow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can have my website, store, bookings and blog all in one area! Plus it let's you connect other webpages so I can help spread the word about Non-profits/Charities with ease.

Depending on what you are wanting out of your website, I encourage you to read reviews and look into all your options however I highly recommend Wix. You can even start to design your website for Free and see if you like it. With other website builders, you have to make a payment 1st. Wix lets you try before you buy and I love that! They also have a Free version which is great if you are wanting just a simple site maybe with or for a blog and they have several other payment plan options for if you are wanting to make sales or give people the opportunity to schedule bookings with you.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I've found when using Wix is how easy it is for the average user to pick it up and run with it. I've done front end web development in the past and as much as I love coding, not everyone has that background. I was tasked with setting up a quick website that would be maintained by our HR staff which had no experience with coding. I looked and tried a few different things, but the absolute ease, especially the drag and drop features made wix a no brainer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wix can feel a little limiting at times for anyone that is used to writing their own code, and if that sounds like you, this might not be the right product for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wix has allowed not only my HR team add job openings to our website, but we have no started moving in the direction of letting our Teachers set up pages for their classrooms with all sorts of creative ideas.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy and straightforward this software was in building a client's website. The templates were plentiful and easy to customize - also there are great mobile-friendly tools that helped me quickly optimize the site.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I didn't have any issues with Wix and I'd recommend it to anyone looking to build a website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed the best selection of templates and with Wix, I found exactly that.
