Good site, but not for the technologically challenged
What do you like best about the product?
It is priced fairly and is overall a good site for a small business or organization. It has stock photos and many options for layout, transitions, etc. I love looking at the analytics!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find it to be an intuitive site. Navigating the editor is especially difficult for me (and maybe it's just me!) in the mobile layout. To be fair, I'm not trained in using the Wix editor, but I had hoped to figure it out more quickly than I've been able to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Wix for our church's website, and it's helpful to be able to change/edit the site whenever it's needed and not go to a third party.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This isn't a bad site, but look into the other options out there before committing to Wix, and consider the skill level of the person/people managing the site.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of giving my business a digital home. Also, because I don't have a website development background, Wix makes it easy to manage my site on my own as a small business owner.
Wix is really easy to use and friendly CMS
What do you like best about the product?
Wix comes with multiple premade ready-to-use multipurpose templates which things help us too much to make a website without any coding knowledge. One more likely feature is now Wix automatically makes our website with their ADI editor just required some clicks and a few instructions. It's actually the next level and best website editor I used for. We can easily use our custom domain and also we can use the Wix subdomain if we cannot use any domain Wix provided us subdomain name base on our business. All those essential features help us too much that's why I like all those Wix features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something is problematic for Expert users we cannot access our website codes from the server. And one more thing customization options are also limited for expert users. But overall Wix is great with their won ECO system. And I cannot use Wix like an easy-to-use website builder also the editor. That's why I cannot dislike anything about Wix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wix actually helps us to automate our business process. WIX provided us free SSL with most of the plans which thing actually helps us to improve our website security. Wix provided us 24*7 customer support which is the great thing about it when feeling any issue always contact their support team they fix our issues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Wix is a really good website builder also you can say content management system for beginners that's why if you are new and don't have a little bit of coding knowledge Wix is recommended for you. Not required any extra coding knowledge just because Wix provided their won hosting services which thing is to help you too much. If you want to make your 1st e-commerce store with Wix it's possible and you can make professional online store without touching any single line of code.

Integrations can be somewhat limited versus a platform like wordpress.

Easy website building that is fast and does not require a high level of knowledge or skill.

It is better than squarespace. Go with wix if you want a high level of customization with ease of use.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease to build a brand and website with Wix was incredible! I was able to create a custom site for my brand, style it just as I dreamed of with the click and drag of a button, and customize each page to my exact desire! I really think it is the simplest of all the drag-and-drop site builders that exist on the market today. At the time, I was very green as far as site-building goes, but that didn't matter with Wix. There were additional tools for a more seasoned builder to use, but for the newbies, this was the way to go for sure.
What do you dislike about the product?
the thing that puts me to the neutral side of this review is the customer service. I signed up under a special plan and when that expired, it was not clear what the next step would be. When I was overcharged, it was a struggle first to hear back from someone who clearly understood my position, but when I did I had to go through three representatives just to get my answer. Eventually, after many days, they corrected their mistake but it was a great struggle to overcome that makes me second guess doing business with them again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I was using Wix, I was building my brand and website. I liked the ease and simplicity their tools allowed me to do this. It took the pressure off knowing how to do things because their system was so easy to use and learn!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just know that for as simple and easy-to-use as Wix is, if you find yourself in need of support, be prepared for your problem to be solved slowly.

The UI is incredibly easy to get the hang of. You can build a fantastic-looking site in minutes.

Some of the features are very limited. I don't recommend it for a large corporation, but if you're an entrepreneur or SMB looking to get off the ground, this is the fastest and best way to go.

I've used Wix to help small businesses build an attractive online presence. Once you work with an individual to figure out their navigation strategy, it is really easy and fun to build a site with this platform.

You can see edits in real-time and precisely what it will look like on your site while editing. This makes editing things small and big seamless and easy for those just learning how to design or make a website without any coding experience, like many other website creation sites where you need it for a flawless look.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wix is a bit slower than others (such as WordPress) on how quickly pages load. You also constantly have to check the website for things that may have broken throughout the week, as it doesn't tell you - which is a bit tedious and frustrating at times.

Designing a website from scratch with no coding experience while also making it beautiful! Wix has been perfect for this!
Easy builder, but lacks professional look
What do you like best about the product?
Wix is definitely an easy website builder. I have put together sample sites in an evening. And there are a number of layouts and animations. Maybe the most diverse set of layouts for drag and drop websites. Also very nice that you can edit the mobile version of the site independently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can be problematic when dealing with a lot of elements on one page. And I can almost always seem to spot a site that was designed with Wix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again, Wix is an easy-to-use site builder. Even for beginners, a simple site can be set up in an hour or so if you have the copy available or in your head.
