Flexible Plans and Excellent Support for Long-Term Users
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility. I'm one of the ancient Americans who doesn't need and can't afford the quite wonderfully robust marketing plans available. Yet I am very happy with the functionality and support for my Light plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I can write here. I've been a customer of Wix for many years, and once I got through the initial learning curve, have been a happy user all that time. Customer support has been great the few times I've needed advice. There are always more features than I can use, yet I'm constanly experimenting with new features as they com along.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been on the Premium Plan for years. As those years have rooled along I've become an ancient American. I no longer have need for the robust marketing feature offered with that plan, and no longer can aford them. Santiago, a Wix Custormer Service champion introduced me to the Light Plan and walked me through makeing the transition. The trnsition included purchasing more storage and he likewise helped me with that. I plan to be with Wix for every day I remain on the planet.
Frustrating for Photography, Limited Features
What do you like best about the product?
The initial setup of Wix was pretty easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find using Wix hard lately, especially with photo albums.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Constant technical issues, especially with photo albums. Support takes ages, and problems often remain unresolved. Not a reliable platform for photographers.
I am happy to using wix for my online shop.

The web sites produced by wix have a little bit long response time

The submittion button on tne contact page was not working. Customer care assistant find the reason and showed me where the problem is.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Wix for its ease of use and cost. It really helped with my domain purchase and connecting with the proper marketing areas. I also appreciate how they take into consideration my personality and the focus of my business. Setting it up was very easy, better than I thought it would be.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find there is a lack of clarity on some of my ideas. Even though it's AI driven, some aspects need a more personal human touch, especially when it comes to connecting emotionally.

I use Wix for domain purchase and connecting with marketing, and appreciate its ease of use and cost.

What do you like best about the product?
Help to make the website faster. Also, in the short term, I use it to create my portfolio, and it works well, because it was created in a month, which helps a lot to create the link on Wix
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, you are working on Wix, and if you do not have the premium version, they ask you a lot, even on your work, so that is something I do not like. Also that WIX is not too good at integrating code; on the other hand, you can not create code. The best way to use if interact with HTML and CSS and move things around

Well I try to change the js code however was a bad idea because I start to have a lot of error on the webpage so, I solve it only change html and css

The platform is somewhat easy to use, making it accessible for managing my business without too much complexity. I find that Wix could be more user-friendly for beginners. It would be beneficial to have a more structured step-by-step process to assist new users in navigating and setting up their websites. Some aspects of the website could also be improved to enhance the user experience for those who are not as tech-savvy.

I had to add some tracking code and I made errors. It was quickly fixed for me.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is definitely the drag-and-drop editor. I am NOT a coding person at all—zero coding knowledge—but I launched my whole site myself. I could place pictures and text exactly where I wanted them, which is a big deal for my brand look.
What do you dislike about the product?
My site can be kinda sluggish sometimes, especially on mobile, which I worry about for SEO. And when you start needing the good stuff, like e-commerce features or extra apps, the pricing jumps up way more than I first thought. It gets expensive fast.

Wix totally solved the problem of needing a huge budget to get online. Seriously, it saved me thousands of dollars by not having to hire a web developer to code my site. It's an all in one package-it takes care of the hosting, the domain, and gives me built-in tools for my online store and booking appointments. That benefits my small business big time because I got a professional, credible website launched really fast, which helped me start bringing in customers without any massive upfront cost or complicated setup, you know?
