Wix pulled a bait and switch - avoid wix if you value transparency and honesty in business partners
What do you like best about the product?
The drag and drop website builder is easy to use, but it doesn't make up for being nickel and dimed for every little thing. Most clients eventually mess up the page design and need a designer to clean it up again, negating the benefit of the DIY builder.
What do you dislike about the product?
Stay away unless you like getting your bill jacked up overnight without warning. Wix is not a trustworthy business. I will never recommend Wix to a client again. Wix drastically changed Ascend plans and raised prices without telling customers first; it's a bait and switch. Their customer service can't do anything. I don't feel it's right to treat people that way, and I will not do business with them again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The website builder is easy to use, but their platform doesn't integrate with other tools you are already using. Wix wants to lure you into using their 'all in 1' tools so that you're stuck with them even if they change prices or reduce service by 90% (yes, Wix cut plans by 90% and didn't tell anyone first, but charged the same for it.) Stay away unless you like getting your bill jacked up overnight without warning. Wix is awful.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy design modifications that you can make from your desktop or mobile device.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the ADI creator had more diversity of design and not so generic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wix solves the problem of complicated web design and benefits me in getting my websites online in a flash.

I like that we can easily creat tickets for users when they need support.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes difficult to find tickets or similar tickets to see what the resolution was so we can recreate it.

Wix really helps manage customer support tickets and it also allows us to sync with jira when we need to create developer tickets

What do you like best about the product?
Wix is excellent for creating a simple website without any coding experience. The UI is simple to use, and the platform is user-friendly. Wix employs fantastic staff members and a fantastic collection of tools. The designs are pixel-perfectly customizable and have a professional appearance. There is a mobile-friendly variation that is individually adaptable. Wix offers more than 800 templates, all of which are fully mobile responsive and are grouped into several sorts of websites, such as business, blogging, and photography. Additionally, Wix offers a vast library of free-to-use vector graphics, icons, and expertly captured photos.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can utilize and alter templates with just a few clicks, making this tool's capabilities relatively straightforward but distinctive. However, Wix's hosting and domain prices are exorbitant, and I found the templates restrictive and the animations overly cartoonish. One drawback is that you can't track the traffic to your website using Google Analytics because it's not included in the free or Combo subscriptions. The Wix templates and plugins are nicely made and save time, but you can't change your template once your site has been published without starting again. Anyone who wants to gain expertise running a website for their small business should use Wix.

Wix is a great content management system that makes it simple to create beautiful websites and landing pages. When I initially began online, I switched from Blogger to Wix because another photographer suggested the platform to me and because the drag-and-drop interface makes it easy to create a website quickly. Wix provides free and paid plans, hundreds of design templates, integrated SEO, and a full selection of popular features that assist you in building a practical and appealing online presence. With Wix, I had a positive experience. It's a fantastic platform for those who want to create their own website but don't have any prior knowledge.

What do you like best about the product?
- Wix has an excellent solution for building websites and mobile applications using drag-and-drop elements and templates.
- Wix has an app market that allows adding additional functionality to a website in the form of graphics, other features, SEO etc.
- Wix has great integrations which save a lot of time including Facebook Shops, Google Shopping Feed, Facebook Pixels, etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
Wix has limited customization ability in mobile app builders - both Spaces by Wix and Branded App Builder. Would love to see additional customization ability in the ear future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wix enables me to build drag-and-drop websites and mobile applications quickly. Wix has a lot of solutions according to the needs and challenges of the current scenario and saves us a lot of time with their platform. Even our company's main website and application (which is under development) are both developed using Wix.

What do you like best about the product?
With Wix, I barely require to code when designing websites through HTML and JQuery.
What do you dislike about the product?
My ratings depicts it all - no errors encountered for over 4 Yos.

Visually pleasing CMS system
What do you like best about the product?
I really love how this CMS editor shows you what your site will look like on desktop, as well as mobile. There are many controls to get your website to the best possible visual representation that you want it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that the SEO settings were a bit more accessible. They are pretty much buried within the many settings options for each page or post that you are creating/editing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that, when you want to change the URL of a page, that it automatically does the redirect for you. I also love how you can create a lovely 404 error page to redirect visitors, as well as how easy it is to control the public menu/site drop down.

What do you like best about the product?
i like that you can be an absolute beginner and still come out with a great website! wix can be worked with at whatever level of experience you have! Its very intuitive to pick up and it looks so nice when you're done

it can be a little frustrating with all the fancy designs or tools when al you want is a simple page with a box. but again, this is my own lack of knowledge about that kind of stuff

i needed to make a personal blog/website for college when i attended. While the criteria were all about content, I also wanted my website to look good. That's where wix comes in. i new very little about web design and platform hosting and any of that-but thanks to Wix i dont need to!
Wix is clean, complete, and competent.

In my experience, Wix is easy to integrate, quick in all functions, and seemingly always adding new and professional features.

I've given this some thought but I cannot find anything that I "dislike."
