Easy Website Building, But Limited Customization Options
What do you like best about the product?
Wix is a drag and drop website developer tool. It requires low code and No code, which makes it a great choice for people with zero coding skills who want to create a website.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn’t like the plug-ins and the customisation when I used Wix was also not that great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wix solving problem for the people who wants to create a good website professional looking without coding and regular updation.

What do you like best about the product?
Wix has made it incredibly simple for me to build a website to showcase our business and brand. The platform feels somewhat outdated and lacks the modern design found in services like Squarespace. It could benefit from improved graphics, a wider selection of fonts, and more options for integrating videos and social media elements. Additionally, the application's features are limited compared to its competitors, and it tends to be more expensive than other companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wix has made creating my company's website remarkably straightforward. Their cloud-based platform gives me the freedom to make updates and changes whenever necessary.
Exceptional Ease of Use, Needs Better AI
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to set up your website with Wix. I set mine up in 2012 and have tweaked it over the years to get it just the way I like it. It's always simple and easy, with plenty of tools that Wix keeps up to date. The ease of use allowed me to do it myself, even though I had never done a website before. They provide a lot of different options, not just for backgrounds but also for emails and voice, and the new improvements make it even more accessible overseas. I also appreciate the professional, knowledgeable, and expert support team they have—no problems with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the AI. It kept giving me the runaround, making me feel like I was at a Walmart where nobody knows anything, just sending me around in a circle. The stress from dealing with the AI was so bad, it made me want to throw my phone against the wall. Finally, it got the hint and transferred me to a human.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Wix easy to set up for web design. It offers plenty of tools and updates, making customization straightforward. Although I faced login issues due to multiple emails, the support team was professional and helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked how easy to use Wix is, making it very easy to set up my business website. The responsive and professional customer care, especially the assistance from Sabastian, left a great first impression and greatly boosted my confidence in choosing Wix. The creative material available is brilliant, and I find all the tools within Wix to be great.

I think the AI help needs a little rework.

Easy to Use but Lacking SEO Reliability
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is for the public to access my blog when I post it on X, Facebook, or through email news releases. Wix is easy to use for changing, duplicating, drafting, saving, deleting, and adding pictures, videos, and YouTube content. These features make it convenient to manage my blog.
What do you dislike about the product?
I used to be able to have my commentaries and news releases and appearances in the media appear publicly on Google, etc. when my name was involved, stated, published, etc. Some newsworthy event. However, after repeated efforts with my SEO I am no longer able to be recognized on Google. And I fear there is a glitch with my SEO function on my twopartytyranny.org account. I have written Wix, and complained, and have attempted repeatedly over the last few years unsuccessfully. I have given up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wix helps with payment methods and adjusting plan coverage. It's easy for the public to access my blog. I find it user-friendly for managing content, like pictures and videos.

I really appreciate how extensive the offerings, features, and integrations are, while still being incredibly intuitive to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any dislikes, although I do wish there were more advanced customization options available within the already intuitive interface.

It’s good for website hosting and I also host email there. I manage email replies from wiz as well as it provided one yr free domain in premium subscription

Website hosting, professional email I’d creation, email inbox, it also helps with seo for me.

It feels slow and clunky sometimes, which makes you wonder if things will really show as you see them after you publish.
