What do you like best about the product?
I just loved the Wix ADI feature that allows you to create a website theme, structure, and design by providing basic details like business or brand name, sector, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wix ADI has some limitations in terms of fully utilizing the feature Wix offers hence you need to go for Wix Editor. The disappointing thing is you can't go back to the ADI but Editor provides a lot more flexibility to fine-tune your website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wix provides an easy-to-use, drop-and-drag feature to design the website that solves the big problem of dependency on a professional website designer and also reduces the cost to build the website.

What do you like best about the product?
Gone are the days, when you needed coding to build a website. Wix has made it very easy. I dont know anything about coding, but i have built almost 4 websites on Wix and they are awesome and they are working fine.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some updates are still remaining. Like OTP through mobile phone is still pending, i hope they get it sooner. Also themes and templates they are very few when compared to other platforms like Wordpress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not to rely on any so-called " Web Designers" for my small and medium websites. Not to pay any ridicolous amount they charge for minor changes once the website is build.
My website looks great and is easy to control!
What do you like best about the product?
I love to jump into Wix any time I need to update. Templates are easy and I can do anything I want with my website.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have zero complaints about Wix. My site is hosted and running, I get to change or upgrade anything I want. It's perfect for my needs

I don't have to pay expensive web hosting and design fees. It's affordable and simple.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Wix allowed me to quickly understand a website that wasn't initially built by me and helped me do any edits I was requested once I started working with it. It has a good UX/UI and it's user-friendly. It's easy to log in and manage multiple websites on one account (I manage 2). For someone with no previous knowledge and that is looking for a quick way to build and maintain a website, it's a good option.
What do you dislike about the product?
I felt that the learning curve was a bit steep even with good UX/UI, however, I didn't do a lot of research to try to learn everything I needed, I used the trial/error approach. I don't use it that often, but I do update the websites whenever required so maybe with time I'll find more things to like/dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Build, design, update, and maintain multiple websites. It allows for quick updates, promotional materials, articles, and changes in staff / alumni. It's a good way to have something editable by any person in the organization without having to learn too much beforehand and without requiring technical knowledge.

Best E-Commerce store setup experience
What do you like best about the product?
I've had a great experience with Wix's E-Commerce solution, allowing you to set up and configure your new E-Commerce store without having to write a single line of code. A smoother setup of payment gateways and a comprehensive guide if something's not evident in the whole process solves most of the problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like the pre-designed set of layouts that Wix provides while setting up the website. Even if good designs are available, they're costly along with the whole theme. Hence, I either have to settle with the pre-designed layout or hire someone to write custom code and make better designs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wix's solves a massive problem of efficiency and time management. I could set up 85% of my E-Commerce store by myself without consulting or taking help from someone else. Complex categorisation of products, inventory management and payment gateway setup has benefitted me a lot throughout the process.

1.) The speed of websites that I developed using Wix is not that great.
2.) We can not customise everything according to us, and it is very hard to integrate external APIs.
3.) Adding some features to the website is very complex, and it takes time to learn how to add those features.
