WIX
What do you like best about the product?
I love the user-friendly nature of WIX. I find that WIX is much easier to use than other web design software I have used in the past. The number and range of templates available is particularly impressive, there truly is something for everyone! As opposed to working with other web design software the formatting on the templates is already completed, so only minor adjustments have to be made along the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I truly dislike with WIX is the process of creating the domain. I must admit I have done very little research on changing the domain names, however the limited experience I do have in this area has been frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Display information in efficient and visually-appealing way
Just when I thought I could never catch up, WIX saved my career!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, of course! I started designing websites 20 years ago. I have always had a problem where if I was not in a constant state of learning, I would miss the "next thing" in web design. I finally got to a point where I could no longer call myself a web designer, there was just too much I was missing. Along comes Wix... so easy anyone can use it (I do not divulge this to my clients). I cannot believe how easily you can integrate email service providers, social media feeds, hotel reservation systems, fulfillment programs. Wix has broadened the services that I can offer as a designer and I couldn't be happier about it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything yet that I dislike about the program. Oh wait -- I wish that there was an easier way to use icontact and wix together. I have a lot of clients and they either use mail chimp, constant contact or icontact. I find that when you insert icontact code it looks messy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am providing low cost websites to small business or town services, both having very small budgets, but the need for a nice looking website. Wix allows me to create something beautiful and hand it off to a town employee who can easily take over making changes to the site.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it once, you will be absolutely hooked just browsing through the templates.

Great for easily building a professional looking website for the non-coding amateur.

Not flexible whenever you're looking for a feature which is not available.

Great if you're looking to build a simple good-looking website. Limited if you're looking to build something more.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. If you've never built a website before, this is a great way to go. There's no coding involved or anything super technical. There are also apps that can be added such as connection to social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a lot of limitations, such as font choices. It's hard to keep to your brand when you're limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to put my contracts for clients to fill out right on the site. No more printing, papers lost, etc. They can fill it out online and send it over.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great starter. If you're familiar with web hosting, this probably isn't for you.
