Easy-to-use platform, with explanatory videos for all the steps.
What do you like best about the product?
This platform contains explanations and videos for any action. Easy to use and with a 24-hour assistant. It contains many more templates than other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not as cheap as other platforms.

For now, I haven't had any problems.

- Although many templates are present but many are recitative or there is only one star template in the genre and others are bad
- Never buy domains from it they are very expensive.

What do you like best about the product?
Involves drag and drop, html and jquery to design websites which need no coding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wix is the best WordPress alternative although it is expe to register domains.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Website hosting and creation of landing pages and websites.
The best website builder out there, hands down.
What do you like best about the product?
It has a lot of flexibility for design solutions; there are little constraints. At the same time, there are enough built in features which restrict design such that the platform is easy to use. It is very versatile; whether one is a complete novice or an experienced designer, building a website is easy, one doesn't run into many limitations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pretty much the only thing I've come across is twofold: first, info popups are not easy to design, and second, it's not possible currently to float certain sections over other sections. But these are not major problems at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing me to build my web designs beautifully without needing to spend weeks coding. This benefits me as it saves me time as a web designer and allows me to create more beautiful and intricate design solutions, more complex than my current coding abilities would allow.
Wix is getting worse and worse
What do you like best about the product?
Initially, building my site without having to code was the most appealing element. Now, I wish I'd hired a web developer instead.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer service is now very difficult to reach. Elements on the page disappear without making changes to the site. Functionality drops off periodically. To include reviews on the page, you need to use a third-party paid app. Site analytics are minimal and mostly vague and unhelpful. Site design, while simplified for non-coding experts, are limited. Everything you need to run a business is an add-on, even with the most expensive plan. I purchased unlimited video uploading ability and at random, the site will prompt me to "upgrade my plan" if I want to see my previously uploaded videos remain on the site. The site consistently loses functionality for my clients without making any changes to a previously running site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wix helped me build the first version of my small business' website. I will be migrating the site to another web builder or hiring a web developer due to tWix's unreliability.

Easy to create a website by just dragging and dropping the sections, No need for HTML knowledge. The interface is simple with a lot of free templates to use. Easy to create stunning websites. The free version is enough for beginners.

It is heavy software so hangs a lot.
Can't switch templates after publishing the site.
Some functionalities need paid version.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the many options to add content to the website. It seems less complicated than Wordpress.
What do you dislike about the product?
The graphic interface is not very intuitive. It took me a bit longer to figure out and use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wix is being used for our churches website. We have received many hits, allowing us to communicate to a broader community.

I can say that there are no negative aspects. However, if you do not have a powerful hardware, drag and drop technology can cause problems for you. That's why you need hardware with a graphic design pc capability.
