Highly Recommend
What do you like best about the product?
I love how many features Wix includes for free including domains, website building, blogs, videos, online stores, and email marketing. It's very easy to use and I use it for websites for myself and others. Beginners can use it easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I can not call a real person if I have a problem. I once was charged when I shouldn't have been and I could only email someone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to make my websites on a budget and all the features that normally would cost me are included all in one.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It seems like people weigh this against squarespace and I'm not sure why. Wix is much much more easier to use. More people use it, so yes, there are more bad reviews from shear volume. But I can still solve everything on my own without customer service. Squarespace is much harder to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that WIX provides templates and easy tools to build your website. I found it very easy to plug in the applications that I wanted and customize it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found a way to incorporate private albums for my customers to view and purchase photos from. Some features don't seem to be available or they are not easy to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clients are able to contact me via my website and WIX has made it easy to build my simple contact form.
Easy website builder for small businesses
What do you like best about the product?
I like the templates provided which were easy to understand and guided us through implementation. The UI/UX is also very clean.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the flexibility of plugin configuration
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wiz helps to provide our product and service overview to our clients. We are able to demonstrate our capabilities in a clean concise way to drive engagement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need customer service support from the company, I recommend using a different solution. It's very difficult to engage someone to help work through issues.

Ability to promote our website when wanted to bring it online pretty fast.

Quite costly. Do not plan for longer run time to host in it. Have something setup fast and plan to make your own

substantially better than either squarespace or weebly. incredibly better than godaddy webbuilder.

Unless you are a website developer, I feel like your website could turn out looking unprofessional or choppy because the layout can be very basic.

We are able to easily collect lead information from consumers by using the contact form. This information is useful for email blasts.

It is probably easiest to use a template and plug in the information needed for your site from there.

It's very versatile. There is a ton of room to create the website in exactly the way you envisioned. It's very used friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The blogging section glitches a lot and doesn't seem to have the same clout in search engines as other blogs too. SEO in general is not ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using a wix website to promote my business and have seen increased client engagement. I would prefer an ability to work towards a higher ranking in searches.

Easy to use site that's very user friendly. Perhaps not as high ranking in search engines as other sites but ease of use and flexibility of design make it worth using.

Software is perfect if you know nothing about web coding or design.

There are some feature limitations, particularly where mobile editing is concerned.

We are easily able to share our work with potential clients and share my portfolio with employers. It is easy to upload picture galleries, which is perfect for a photographer's business.
