Love Wix! Amazing look and super easy to use with my blog.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the way it gives different but remade options for lay out and it's so easy to change and update for a new look
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when on WIX page my computer gets really slow

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease and functionality of Wix. I work with a lot of clients who want a simple, no fuss website and Wix is the best option out there. They have a lot of great templates that can be easily customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the pages don't automatically adjust when you take away an element or make a change to an element. For instance, I had designed a somewhat lengthy homepage and needed to give more space for a strip that was towards the top of the page. I have to move everything down that was below it and then make the edit that I wanted, then move everything below it to where I wanted. The Wordpress platform allows you to make adjustments to single rows and adjusts the page accordingly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to offer a product that doesn't require regular updating like Wordpress.
Great platform for web design
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to design and create websites without having to worry about that silly coding. As a graphic designer I am able to focus more on the look and style for the client other than having to worry how it all works under the hood (however I do have some experience a little so that does come in handy)
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many bugs or little things that dont work with wix sadly, sometimes the blog doesnt load so you have to exit then go back in. Sometimes the images do not load so you have to exit and go back in. Sometimes the website doesnt publish so you have to leave it for a couple hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating really nice and simple websites. Is it perfect? No its not, but allows a novice to create a simple website and someone like me whos used the website for a while to really push the limits on the design and making sure everything works correctly, and while there are things that don't work as well someone like me with experience can try to avoid those elements or change them in a way so they work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are other similar websites like wix that will allow you to mainly design, but wix is so simple to impliment and use I really cant recommend it enough. Its perfect for starting an online shop but you must have a strong understanding of SEO as wix sadly doesnt give you access to its raw code, so while you can put key words in and change things around like you would on a normal website design platform, other benifits such as a blog, a strong understanding of social media and engaging with your customers/clients is ideal (but then again that advice is for any website being created, regardless of the platform)

What do you like best about the product?
I love the template system, it is extremely easy to use, its very cheap, adding a domain is super quick and I do not need to be concerned about the hosting management, I used Wix for small clients in the past, teaching the Wix system to others is easy and even my mother has used it for her personal piano classes website.
What do you dislike about the product?
I will like to see more variety of templates, because the current templates are good but it will be nice to have more, also will be nice to have modules like: (pictures gallery, chat system, payments).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wix solved one big problem I had, I was asking myself "how can create a website quickly and make it auto-managed at the same time?" First I though wordpress but wordpress is too complex for clients with no expertice on software dev, thats why I stay Wix.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
First, you have to make sure to read the instructions on your language, Wix have a lang selector which is great. There are a lot of tutorials online to learn Wix, and even the Wix docs can help you to get started.
Elegant simplicity in Web Design
What do you like best about the product?
Wix is the simplest web platform I have yet used (out of a dozen or so). Their elegant software makes any website read smoothly and operate perfectly. Not only is web communication flawless, but web traffic is easy to read on the coding side. Whether a photographer, studio artist or business owner this platform is wonderful.
What do you dislike about the product?
When using WIx I have not yet found something I disliked. If I didn't like the drag and drop portion of my site I had the ability to insert my own coding to customized perfection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Wix I am easily able to update my website so that media doesn't grow stale and I''ve enjoyed better visibility this way. I've also enjoyed the ease of connection with social media to reach the broadest possible audience.
User-friendly website creator
What do you like best about the product?
Wix is very user-friendly and simple! It is very easy to maintain and manage as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit basic. I wouldn't recommend implementing too complex of content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brand awareness since it is pretty basic of a website builder, this is probably what you can do best here (nothing too complex).

What do you like best about the product?
It's simple, good for first time web users and easy interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
No analytics portion, it's too simple and I feel WordPress is a much better option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy templates to use and quick to create. While that's not always a good thing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'd recommend if you just need a landing page of some sort or do not have the funds yet for Wordpress or another spot.
Great website builder for beginners
What do you like best about the product?
Wix is a super easy platform to use when just starting out. The drag and drop features of the builder make it easy to build a quick site or blog.
What do you dislike about the product?
The load time is pretty slow on the free version, which I suppose is to be expected. It made it difficult to display all of my work for my portfolio.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This free version allowed me to build multiple websites - some for college classes and another for my portfolio. For a freelancer just starting out, this affordable option helped me build my brand.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't use the free version if you are building a large website or need something super quick. Simply upgrade to paid to get all of its features.
Good for basic setups
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is very user friendly and good for beginners like me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is an add on price, even with a premium membership. To add a mailbox to your site or e-commerce each comes with their own cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brand marketing, having a homepage for potential customers to go to for information about our business.

Really do your research to make sure Wix is the right product for you, not only right now but also to grow into the future.

You're more limited on how you create your site opposed to if you know how to code.
