Intuitive Design with Pricing Hurdles
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I could make a website using Wix effortlessly without knowing tech. The user interface and ease of accessing things are great. It was difficult to begin as a beginner, but I got the hang of it slowly, and it was fun using it. The drag-and-drop feature is incredible. The user interface, management, ease of building, exploration, and awesome templates were the first things that drew me towards Wix.
What do you dislike about the product?
Firstly, the pricing is on the high side, making it harder to justify the cost, especially with the annual fee of $50-$60. Secondly, their customer management and the retention of new features and integrations are lacking. I find it difficult to explore more effects and do stuff beyond my limits. It's also very painful to transfer the whole web app because it's proprietary and behind a paywall, and the vendor lock is really bothersome.

I made a website using Wix effortlessly without knowing tech and hosted it to publish my daily blogs.

I appreciate the simplicity and clever design that Wix offers. Creating a website used to be a nightmare for me, but Wix provides simple drag-and-drop options that make it really easy to use. I also like how easily I could integrate Razorpay payment gateway into my website, it was really appreciated.

the customers service is great its expensive but when you get stuck the support is really there. its is also good for integration and ease of use

It also has lots of templates to refer from, which helps me quickly modify my website for seasonal changes and have it active in no time. The features and flexibility offered by Wix are much better compared to GoDaddy. Additionally, the setup was smooth and easy.

I like to see more information about new updates that I think I miss. So, if any new design or concept should be sent over mail to have more awareness about new designs.

Exceptional Ease of Use, Needs Better AI
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to set up your website with Wix. I set mine up in 2012 and have tweaked it over the years to get it just the way I like it. It's always simple and easy, with plenty of tools that Wix keeps up to date. The ease of use allowed me to do it myself, even though I had never done a website before. They provide a lot of different options, not just for backgrounds but also for emails and voice, and the new improvements make it even more accessible overseas. I also appreciate the professional, knowledgeable, and expert support team they have—no problems with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the AI. It kept giving me the runaround, making me feel like I was at a Walmart where nobody knows anything, just sending me around in a circle. The stress from dealing with the AI was so bad, it made me want to throw my phone against the wall. Finally, it got the hint and transferred me to a human.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Wix easy to set up for web design. It offers plenty of tools and updates, making customization straightforward. Although I faced login issues due to multiple emails, the support team was professional and helpful.
