What do you like best about the product?
To manage security solutions. Has a wide variety of features and is very easy to integrate and customize.

There is nothing I dislike. Alert logic provides coverage across vulnerable attacks and is very easy to use. I recommend it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides great service at a lower total cost. Helps event management and has a lot of festures to use. Is a team of security experts that collect network traffic.

What do you like best about the product?
Alert Logic provides numerous customization options to the detail at which level you want your services to monitor and at which interval frequency. It also allows to specify the user or group to be notified in case of an escalation

The query filtering doesn't always work as intended, and the results appear to be inconsistent at times
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Alert Logic, we have been able to set up monitoring and alert solution for our application in a robust manner and ensure our service arent affected by outages for our customer for a long time
Great product and even better support
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, gives you great visibility of the whole estate, whether on or off prem. The SOC have been great when we've needed more information or have had to search for IOCs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of any. These are just some extra words to fill the requirement.

The tool is straightforward to use for the most part. As long as you understand it, it's a breeze!

Much better user experience in the new platform and more features
What do you like best about the product?
The new EDR platform, with this we can use Alert Logic with a more integral approach. Also another good point is the new home dashboard that shows a lot graphical information related to exposures, vulnerabilities and incidents. Also the implementation team and the support is very efficient when it comes time-sensitive activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is kind of confusing to see exposures in the new Respond menu, i was very used to see Exposures and Remediations in the menu but it's just matter of time to get used to that. Also, sometimes exposures and configurations remediations tend to be the "same issue" but put in different sections, it's basically confusing and sometimes remediation tips have little less insight that we need to understand what we need to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of vulnerabilities resolved in the cloud environment and also in the instances that Alert Logic protects. The incident feature gives very important alerts for us, since we can not be monitoring our cloud 24/7, the escalation that Alert Logic's team provides help us a lot mantaining the security of our cloud. Another cool feature that is helping our Information Security Management System is the external vulnerability scanning that is free for us
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is handy to protect cloud-based assets such as AWS or Azure, and it gives much more insights than native functionalities that every cloud provides. The price is also very competitive related to other vendors as I have researched.

I have been using alert logic for more than a year and I like the simplicity of the dashboard

It isn't very clear when trying to search the logs.

False positives, even though they are low in frequency, needs to be more efficiently addressed.
Vulnerability scans modules are included but they can be better, and to meet large organizations, need to be faster.
