Filescan is super useful!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of application. We scan a lot of documents in our office which sometimes come through sites, so it's easier to use for malware protection.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it had more features to use.

Detecting viruses from files downloading online.

What do you like best about the product?
I use it for a small website that I have where users can upload their creativity such as wallpapers, graphics etc but this can sometimes be unsafe due to trojans or malicious codes within the files, I use filescan to scan the files, it generates full report where I can see pretty much everything required in order to find out if there's anything suspicious. You can also download the report.
It also generates the SHA ID which is quite useful in a lot of the scenarios. You can also set passwords if you do not want it to be accessible for other community members.

What do you dislike about the product?
Free version has pretty much all basic to Advanced features, however you need to pay for more advanced options, however you are offered with a free trial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me keeping my website safe, where anyone can literally upload anything but I as a moderator reviews all the files before they go live, and OPSWAT Filescan is a life saver for me there, it also saves me time.

What do you like best about the product?
filescan enables to scan of documents and files received and ensures they are safe to use and are not carrying any malware. it is fast, reliable and easy to use. It keeps updating for new malware so that nothing unsafe goes through.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing to find on the downside as the software is working great for free. It solves the purpose perfectly and is easy to use. The only suggestion can be to increase the max size of files uploaded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Filescan has helped me ensure that the files I use are safe and are not a threat to the safety of my system. Since its free to use, I recommend that many people use it as its easy for everyone.

I didn't find anything to dislike about filescan. It does what it says, is easy to use, has multiple options for user convenience, and is very reliable- also has a nice UX
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to quickly run a scan on files that are sent to me as attachments, allowing me to be confident that they don't contain anything harmful to my computer. There is also a corresponding browser extension for quick scanning of websites, and an option of inputting the url of any website you're unsure of, to run a virus/malware scan before visiting the website & risking harm to your computer. Many convenient options to use FileScan

What do you like best about the product?
Helps scan small files, streamlining the process of defining whether the file is safe or not; It has a quick verification, it is not necessary to wait a long time; It has an interesting log with possible malware; Frequent updates with possible new types of malware
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to define negative points here, even because it is a tool that helps a lot. But I will cite two situations. The maximum file size that can be uploaded could be larger; I had some problems uploading some files and had to try again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped to dispense with anti-malware tools that needed to be installed on the computer. It transmitted much more security to all the company's computers. We are much safer using the tool on a daily basis and without fear of opening unwanted files.

What do you like best about the product?
It is the fastest file scan which is very convenient with the drag-and-drop method. It is a free malware analysis and is straightforward and easy to use. Our employees like to use this software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The maximum file is too low, which is 100MB, BUT we deal with large files in our company. It would be better if the software could upload a much larger file. It would be better if there were more options.

IT MAKES OUR OFFICE WORK 1000 times faster and easier since it's super simple and anyone in our company can use it with basic computer knowledge.It has a free malware analysis system which is safe.

The best open-source malware analysis tool helps in the day too day activity as an cyber threat analyst. Helps to scan files for any kind of malware and Indicator of compromise. Very scalable as it can be integrated with existing security systems.

filescan has a limited upload size which makes it difficult to a large volume of files. does not provide file import capability in CSV format, which can be added to enhance more capability and can get more customer base

Providing free malware sandboxing tool to scan malicious files before installing or opening into the system. Helps to search across network endpoints for any kind of indicator of compromise. also helps in scanning malicious URLs

What do you like best about the product?
It is free, that is the best part, we can analyse any file before opening if it is dangerous.

No disadvantages to be honest till now as it provides solution to my problems easily.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that Scan Unlimited is easily deployed and easy to maintain. It also provides threat updates & maintain the system up to date as per requirement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times filescan doesn't extract relevant ("IOCs") : a possible glitch in algo I think, But Few Times I have to get the sandbox,for me it does not scale well and pricy I think.

When I get everything in one platform then definitely I will recommend it,
