What do you like best about the product?
They are very responsive, especially when support tickets are submitted. Their Knowledge Base is robust and in-depth, I can easily find helpful resources. Once familiar with the Builder, many process are simple and I love being able to see the changes I've made in real time. There are many options and room for creativity to best fit my company's needs. The academy is a fantastic learning tool. I also like being able to track internal and customer use within the Builder.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration has not been particularly smooth. We will need to revisit this again. When deploying updates in the Builder, the process can be slow going and I have to refresh the screen repeatedly. Some of our processes were deployed to Production by EasySend before being tested properly which led to a number of errors and delay in implementation. Getting to implementation took longer than anticipated. A client tried to use the link sent via journey sender and couldn't complete due to errors. This was after rigorous testing and weeks of use with no problems. I have no idea why this client experienced errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
EasySend took steps to speed up their loading time when updates or changes are made in Builder. They launch new updates frequently and do a good job of keeping clients informed.

What do you like best about the product?
Perfect Builder Support to imlement new cases easy. Easy and frequent to use and high level of self education in using EasySend right and efficent for customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no known geraman speaking EasySend business partner as external work bench in DACH area available.

What do you like best about the product?
Staff is super helpful with quick response
What do you dislike about the product?
Performance of EasySend builder is not good. The response is slow after using for over 20 minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We built interactive online forms for users instead of giving them PDF to sign.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create and new flows even for non-technical people, most of the time is easy to identify implementation errors and this speed up the adjustments. Good diversity of features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some basic issues/bugs pop here and there, we also had some issues with the integrations. The good is that the team is always available to help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a quick replacement for our old FNOL tool and with ES we were able to do this in less than 4 months.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is user-friendly and allows for quick creation and customization of insurance forms, the visual editor makes it easy to build and adjust flows without deep programming knowledge
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform can be a bit slow, especially when working with large or complex forms. Some advanced logic configurations require workarounds, as the no-code options can be limited

What do you like best about the product?
The service we receive from the support team. There is a willingness to help if needed - even sometimes the answers are not really completely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The slowness. The awkwardness and complexity of creating forms. Difficulty finding broad and in-depth information about the various system functions. It is difficult to understand why errors or process crashes occur, which makes work difficult.

What do you like best about the product?
What we like about the product is that it allows us to eliminate paperwork and transition to digitally signed documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, the product requires users to have specific skills acquired through training, and it's not sufficiently user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool eliminates the need for physical documents and reduces the waste associated with paperwork and document handling.

What do you like best about the product?
We are extremely pleased with EasySend, particularly because of the outstanding customer service.
The team is highly responsive and provides a variety of solutions for workflows and digital signature form implementation. The product has greatly helped us optimize and digitize many of our old HR processes within the organization, especially in the area of recruitment.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I'm extremely satisfied with EasySend, there are a few areas I believe could be improved. It would be great if the workflow building process could be simpler and faster at times, and I understand this is expected to be addressed in the next version of the product. Additionally, I would love to see more integration of AI capabilities to further enhance the system's functionality and efficiency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
EasySend is solving several key problems in our organization, particularly in streamlining and digitizing HR processes. It helps automate approval cycles and simplifies the implementation of digital signature forms, which has significantly reduced manual effort and paperwork. The system has optimized many of our old recruitment processes, making them faster, more efficient, and error-free. The ability to easily manage and track approvals has improved our workflow and reduced delays, ultimately saving us time and resources.
