It centralizes ris, compliance, audit, and policy management in one place, redusing silos across department.
AI & Automation with watson integration, it offers smart insight, risk prediction, and automation of repetitive compliance task.

What do you dislike about the product?
User interface while functional, th UI may feel outdated or unintuitive compared to newer GRC tools, depending on the version used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many organizations mange risk and compliance separately across department. Open pages unifies them on a single platform.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of IBM OpenPages is what I value most. I can customize the dashboards, views, objects, and reports to adapt them to the specific needs of the Bci team. This helps us make more informed decisions.

One of the things that can be challenging at first is the learning curve. IBM OpenPages is a very comprehensive tool and may require some time investment to master all its functionalities.

IBM OpenPages helps me manage my organization's risks more efficiently. By centralizing all risk-related information on a single platform, I can identify, assess, and mitigate potential threats more effectively. This allows me to make more informed decisions and protect the company's assets. Additionally, it helps me comply with regulatory requirements more easily.
Robust system, with lack of governance and adequate support
What do you like best about the product?
The system allows a freedom to the company's scenarios that exceeds other tools. The updates in recent years have been bringing many new items to the system, which expand its range of products and quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support from IBM teams is not adequate for the size of the company we operate in. This leaves much to be desired in this regard, which strongly diminishes satisfaction with the product and other IBM products.

All the problems directed to IBM have been handled in a manner that is unsatisfactory to what we envision as excellence.

THE REPORTING. COGNOS DOES NOT MANAGE TO CONVINCE AND IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO GENERATE REPORTS SINCE IT IS NOT VERY USER-FRIENDLY.

CONTRIBUTE TO THE MANAGEMENT OF OUR AUDITS AND FOLLOW-UP ON THE OBSERVATIONS RAISED TO THE ADMINISTRATION.

Content reporting and workflow features stand out as the most valuable feature with IBM OpenPages.

IBM OpenPages A Scalable Platform
What do you like best about the product?
This platform is scalable, it fits our company size well. I love this platform for it allows customizations. It is very good for managing risks through it's GRC software. It has also streamlined compliance with evolving regulations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found even one reason to turn on IBM OpenPages am just fine with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminates fragmented risk management processes by centralizing data and workflows and because of this I now can gain a comprehensive view of organizational risks through centralized dashboards and reports.
